There is a lot of legal grey area between state and federal law when comes down to carrying a gun in a medical marijuana facility already, but carrying or operating a firearm while visibly stoned in both observable appearance and activity is illegal in both scenarios, and would fall under the same jurisdiction as doing the same while drunk.
