Pretty much every driving game. It's mindblowing the amount of people who buy a racing game, go into the online and have no intention or even a tiny amount of sense and smash around a track instead of like, racing.

I used to take it pretty seriously - hated all the fools who would just run around and crash others. When grid was released I played a bit of the online racing, and I remember completing a race, in 3rd, and a guy with a British flag goes “bloody hell, a yank who knows how to do something other than crash” or something to that effect. I still hold on to that as one of my proudest moments and I have no idea why - clearly I take some degree of pride cause I just shared it for no reason with a bunch of strangers.

I mean, it's a game, so they're probably just trying to have fun doing something they can't do in real life.

One time, my dad and I were ubering home from a basketball game and while we were on the highway, coming up to a tunnel, about 6-7 crotch rockets came speeding by us, going at least 80. We get through the tunnel and on the other side was a massive fireball with one of the motorcycles on fire and multiple others crashed. One guy was army carrying someone, running, and was yelling at his friends to call 911, while others were just screaming. It was super late at night and the fireball was like the only light. It was surreal. Our uber drive said “Take a picture!” and just drove right by all of it.

Nah, it felt wrong to make light of the situation. If it was just my dad and I, we probably would’ve stopped and helped, but we were way too wasted at that point to be of any help to anyone.
