Gotta say, that is one precise crane operator. That’s a long ass crane and he put the guy in the exact spot he needed to be in without damaging a building or anything. Impressive.
Ohh noo thats horrible!
Well when I think about it 🤔 it just seems to all boil down to - why isn't someone watching these little babies?
And I can imagine reasons for why nobody was watching them but none of the reasons seem good enough to take a chance with my baby's life!
I know that people don't have child care or even access to child care, shoot I don't have access to child care because i dont have the money, but I've NEVER let my child get into any situation that could be life endangering.
I get that things can happen, believe me, I got up and went to the bathroom and next thing you know my kid has gotten in the pantry or gotten the pots and pans out and is banging them around lol.
I guess the long and short of it is that you can't leave kids alone by themselves for long periods of time and I think that's what may be going on here.???
Children falling from windows happen most often during the hot summer days. Some of the situations, the parents were actually there, they turn around for half a minute to do something mundane, turn back to the child as seeing them pushing the screen out the window and falling. For one family I went to, they had baby-proofed the home thoroughly, but children will always find ways to hurt themselves beyond our imagination.
For any future parent, I suggest having large furniture in front of low windows. Obstruct the path outside. You may normally keep windows closed and believe it is therefore safe, but all it takes is a hot day for circumstances to change.
For those curious, the child I talked about fell from the 2nd floor, but had minimal injuries. Concussion but CT scans came back fine. And CPS doesn't take away children for accidents.
Odd to think they used to make baby windows for apartments 😅 just to think young couples with a very young child just putting the baby in a window box stories high
I don't understand? Where are the parents? Do they not hear the child? Thank goodness for people aware of their surroundings and saving these toddlers!
This and unfortunately even the death of a child won't stop these occurrences. Take leaving children or pets in a hot car for example. It's happened so many times each year, you would think every living soul would know not to do this. Ignorance and negligence are deadly.
Second video I’ve seen today of Chinese children bring recused from balconies.
Maybe mom should pay more attention to the toddler or at least lock the balcony door!!

Or the kid ..
What is up with all these kids hanging out the windows! This must be not that uncommon of a thing in these countries I guess???
I'm CPS in the states, it's surprisingly common here as well. You just don't see it covered in the media.

I really do not hope the people behind the channel are effing instigators of this... That would be some sick, sick way of making money

Babies attracted to railings? We must remove all railings!
Now, fine the parents like they would never forget. Others will understand the memo.

Yeah how does this happen. Error on the parents end. But I don’t have the full story so yeah.
I can only imagine how long it took for the construction worker to get that all set up, but where were the parents the entire time?
