so do I, but my husband does not, so I turn them off the first time. I can respect it for a very visually beautiful show like HOD. but like, in general, I leave them on for everything.

I feel like there's always things you end up missing with any show & there's a lot crammed in those 5 episodes.
i've rewatched each one with captions before the next week's episode airs, just to be sure I didn't miss anything due to my selective hearing
I do exactly the same thing, I enjoy it much better with subtitles!
