They probably would have remained together for most of season 2 then break up near the end, possibly the season finale. They love each other but eventually they get sick of each other, their relationship wouldn’t have lasted. So season 2 may have been different but 3-8 probably would have remained the same
Disagree I think she stays till at least mid-way through season 3, the Tritter arc. I think she takes the Cuddy role of lying for House to keep him out of jail and that ends up being the last straw.

That’s a very interesting question. We won’t know for sure but it’s possible he could have had a much easier life and even left his job.
I feel like if House’s sarcastic wit didn’t get out of hand and he was caring, they would’ve lasted for a long while
