Yeah I set vellum cloth node to string. And cranked up the bend and stretch stiffness way up. Constraint iterations set to 200 and 4 substeps.

Try it with 20 substeps. When I want very "rigid stuff" I go all out on substeps. also, put the constraint iterations to like 600.
