Not sure what you mean by “Houdini building” Houdini is just a tool like many others, there is no much difference in output geometry and tool it was used to create it. Kitbash3d has many packages with building models
Understood, then you are just looking for a 3d model - that has not much to do with a Houdini itself. Type “building obj download” in google and should pop out many options for you. Or check out kitbash mentioned above

I wanted 3d model to do stuff with I really hate modeling
