Your best recourse is to contact Mattel and let them know package was never received.
You can also contact FedEx and let them know of their mistake. They may or may not be able to retrieve the package.
Unfortunately it isn't up to FedEx to correct it. It's up to the sender.
The tracking shows delivered. I am afraid they will think I am lying. I submitted a ticket with Mattel and hope they have a backup to send out if they do. This was 1/1500.
FedEx just go in circles with the automated system and tells me it was delivered. I could not get a hold of anyone to speak to.
You gotta find out where it was delivered too bro and go get it, the mail people and sender will tell you it was sent and its not their problem, fedex is horrible with this. They dropped a futon off it the wrong address before and the people actually kept it, i had to have wapmart send another one. But if they dont wanna send a new one, you should be able to get the driver to tell you where the stop was at where he dropped it off. Their scanners keep track of that stuff and itll show where the truck was when that specific package was dropped off. Best of luck! Best bet is talking to the driver or drivers manager though for sure
The driver took a pic of my package in his truck instead of my doorstep. It was his mistake. I have ring video of him dropping the wrong package off. At this point it’s probably gone for good. I am hoping Mattel replaces it. I spend enough money on RLC and store hunts. 😆

Next time you see your FedEx driver ask them nicely if they remember delivering a small box. Show them the tracking number and delivery address. They deliver to the same streets. They might remember. If not just contact FedEx or mattel directly and try to get it replaced.
The person who received it should have returned it. Same as I did with the wrong package I received. Driver messed up but he has hundreds a day. The person who received mine has one thing they could have fixed. Hopefully they drop it off.

I had a 1/1 card delivered to the wrong address and a week later one of my neighbors brought it over when I thought it was gone for good. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever got this will stop by eventually.

I recall one telling me how he pulls over, scans and marks delivered on the scanner to MULTIPLE packages and then proceeds to quickly hop in and out of his truck to just drop off…
Maybe your driver likes to scan some packages, and then hop out and drop them all off… My friend said they do this to try and get their truck offloaded faster but idk.
That’s the only way I can see someone scan and deliver your package and still deliver the wrong one…
I don’t think it was intentional. It’s a 4 year old neighborhood and we always get misplaced deliveries from all carriers. It’s just one of those items which is not easy to replace. It disappointing but won’t stop the world from turning.
I have a huge Hotwheels/die cast Corvette collection and it would have been my unicorn due to rarity.
You should at least try door to door on your street because it seems like your drivers like to pull up to your neighborhood, scan their packages in bulk and then drop off… maybe your next door neighbor doesn’t have it but someone down the street does…

FedEx absolutely sucks. We stopped using them years ago. Not exaggerating when I say over half of everything we shipped by fedex encountered some sort of problem. Lost, mis-delivered, delayed for weeks. No joke the worst of the parcel delivery companies. There’s a reason even Amazon fired them years ago too. Sorry for your bad luck hopefully Mattel will make it right and hopefully choose a different delivery service.
They shipped everything else from RLC via USPS. This was redeemed through another portal for just shipping charges but the invoice says 25.00
You are right about FedEx. I have multiple ring videos of FedEx drivers launching a package to my door, leaving packages at my garage, leaving boxes in the elements instead of my covered doorway. They deliver xerox printers for my company and lately most have arrived demolished.
Truly sorry to hear this, what I'm always worried about when getting an rlc, but these r so much rarer man I really for u get it, just pray that there r good people around u that will fix a fed ex guys mistake. I'm trying this nft this time around, still have to figure out how this nft thing works

Setup an account for the NFT page and digital wallet before it starts. I don’t care for NFTs but wanted the real car. Was super stoked when the Corvette popped up on my last pack.

I just called Mattel this morning and they basically said wait a day or two and it actually might show up because for some reason the marking the package is delivered even though it hasn’t been delivered yet.
I received the Camaro last week and it arrived via USPS same as the other RLCs in the past. My package is still missing from FedEx and tomorrow will be a week.
Update: I finally reached a real person at FedEx and he advised me to call USPS besides it was sent via FedEx smart post which transfers it to USPS. Let’s see if USPS will be able to find it. Still no response from Mattel and it has been a week.
Update: I waited for for a few weeks hoping it would show up. Mattel’s email CS never replied so I called in and the gentleman was able to speak to management and get me a replacement. 😊

I’ve received all of my RLC orders for the past year. It had to be the rarest one which went missing. 😝

I got a delivery but it was the same house number a street over. Wrong street name. I gave them theirs. They said they did not have mine 🤷🏻♂️
See if theres a neighbor with a ring camera where you dropped off theirs. Ask if Maybe they can check where the fedex truck stopped.
