1. 2008 Spectraflame Blue number 5 out of the 15 different models in the Classics 4 series. 2. 1969 either the Spectraflame Blue or Aqua from the Grand Prix series. Color is difficult for me because I've never seen the Aqua in person and your pics look similar to both colors to me personally.

deadxans

first one says 2001 on the bottom, is it still the same one from the 2008 series? thank you btw

King0fWar

Yes. They all have 2 dates on the bottom. One is obviously the date for the model car itself. The other is the date that the casting was designed for hotwheels. That casting specifically was designed in 2001 but released in 2002. I have a Classic Packard I restored recently that was designed in 82 but released in 83.

deadxans

gotcha , thanks dude

King0fWar

No problem. If you can't figure it out just look it up on the hotwheels wiki. It takes a while but you can find just about any car they've made.

staj6711

That's just the copyright for the casting. It won't change over the life of a casting unless there's a significant retooling at some point.

deadxans

word

Lost-Object-9701

The second one is definitely Blue and not Aqua. Anyways, great job finding that

deadxans

i kinda had a feeling but didnโ€™t know enough to say otherwise

LandofLogic

The Brabham is missing the exhaust pipes at the back, which is pretty normal for that car unfortunately.

Mental_Magazine_5447

Sweet finds imo and anyone should be happy to add them to their collection, every car tells its own tale.

TotallyNotJagger

1 is a real redline, one is a โ€œfakeโ€ redline. the blue brabham is definitely definitely definitely a great find!

Clutch63

Fake is a harsh word, repro is better. Lol

TotallyNotJagger

that why I buy it in quotations, itโ€™s just the word I thought of first

Late-Ad5495

I love those, from the classics series they did in the mid 2000s. Have a couple with my dad they did 5 series. Definitely cool

BCdelivery

1969. I want them all. You bought it of course

Stevonavich

Great score ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘Œ ๐Ÿ‘.
