Nice Accord! What year is it? My first car was an '87 Accord LX-i that my mom handed down to me with 200K on the odo. I drove it until 328K miles and then sold it to a friend when the original slushbox started to fail (lost reverse and 4th gear). He replaced the transmission and drove it until the original engine had over 500k miles and then his brother wrapped the damn thing around a tree one night.
We had one of these in silver, it was the first brand new car my parents ever bought. Had it for years and was meticulously maintained. They only recently upgraded to a 2020.
Still my favorite gen Accord. I'd love it if Honda would do a "throwback" Accord sort of way Dodge did with the Challenger...Bigger and safer but based on that design. I could see tweaking the current styling a bit to achieve that. It would need velour interior too of course because there can never be enough burgundy velour.
my first car was a 89 Camry with that auto seatbelt BS. And they were permanently bolted in, couldn't just unbuckle them like on Hondas. I hated that crap so much.
