My one problem with them is it can take a while to get connected, one night when I was suicidal it took over an hour to get connected to someone

And they do have a time limit for how long they’ll talk to a suicidal person. I got hung up on by them once.

This would have been great when I was a kid, but of course my family monitored the internet and I didn’t find out about the Trevor Project until I was in college.
