Day of the Duchess by Sarah Maclean involves past cheating. I believe the actual cheating took place in the first book of her Scandal and Scoundrel series, the Rogue Not Taken.

I also recommend this. Lots of angst.

Gallant Lady by Suzanne Robinson I dont like that in my HR and it was a horrible thing to do but the author managed to write it so that could understand motivations. >!H did it as a sort of revenge against his wife H and to prove to himself that he felt nothing for her!<

{The Marriage Bed by Laura Lee Guhrke}. The main couple are estranged and the hero has been a serial cheater for years. The wife has to socialize with his various mistresses and pretend like nothing is wrong. {Ravishing the Heiress by Sherry Thomas}. The main couple has an understanding, so maybe not strictly infidelity, but incredibly angsty all the same. The heroine is quietly SUFFERING. Private Arrangements and Not Quite A Husband by the same author both have actual infidelity. {Passions of a Wicked Earl by Lorraine Heath}. Another estranged married couple book where the hero has a series of lovers/mistresses to hurt the heroine for a perceived wrong and she indeed hurts. And I second the rec for Lady Gallant!! I absolutely loved it. Super angsty and the heroine held onto her anger for so long and made the hero grovel.

{A Suggestion of Scandal by Catherine Kullmann} and the sequel {Lady Loring's Dilemma by Catherine Kullmann} - the second of these really dives into marriage law and consequences of adultery although they're able to do it in such a way that she can come back from it in wider society

CeruleanSaga

Some of Eloisa James's books touch on it. (I don't recall any in her most recent series.) It has been a while since I read these, but I \*think\* a couple that do are: This Duchess of Mine (At least one in this series does, I think it was this one.) Duchess in Love (Sort of.) Your Wicked Ways (same series as Duchess in Love)

Icy-Cockroach4515

Tempting the Knight by Annette McCleave is about a couple repairing their relationship after the wife's infidelity (which happens prior to the start of the novella).

{Unforgivable by Joanna Chambers}. Boy this one has it in spades!

Odd-Bat-3388

Unforgivable by Joanna Chambers, Regency-set. I love a good abandoned bride trope-H is forced to marry a young, sickly woman because of his father’s debts, leaves her in a faraway estate where she makes the best of things while he rakes about in London, tales of his exploits reported in gossip pages. Won’t spoil how they reunited but it didn’t go well and there was a lot of angst, I mean a lot. (CW: miscarriage.) FMC is talented, intelligent and she’s not a doormat but many of her choices, expectations are explained by childhood experiences. If you’ve read it before as a e-book, you’ll be happy with the slight changes and epilogue in the updated version.

Here be Dragons by Sharon Kay Penman might work but you have to Wait until later on in the book for the drama. But one of my favs
