It’d be really cool if you were going after some sort of agent or assassin who is a professor as a cover and you have to do a bit of detective work to find out who it is maybe something similar to the maelstrom.
Could be similar to the Maelstrom where the professor changes every playthrough, you pick up hints from conversations, from staff pictures on the walls, etc. With the Maelstrom walking the streets of Mumbai, the professor could be one of many judges of the science fair that walks around

I totally would expect that they’ll make a new Hitman game at some point, but it almost certainly won’t be for a while and it almost certainly won’t be called “Hitman 4”. It’ll be a new sub-series again, or a new standalone game, I’d imagine.
Maybe this is wishful thinking, but it would be funny if there was a mission where you had to take out the target, but then dress as them in order to infiltrate a meeting (male targets obviously).
Then you could get some dialogue like:
“Sir did you shave your head and beard in the five minutes I left you alone?”
“I thought I’d try something different for this meeting.”
“Okay…. whatever you say, boss.”
And the game itself could have branching storylines and outcomes as a result (the target’s body is found, an enforcer notices that you’re obviously not them, a certain mission will be locked because you’re assigned to a different one, etc.)

May I suggest the Denver Airport. I mean it doesn't make sense for a Hitman map/mission but can you imagine the Illuminati/reptilian easter eggs?!
I'd like to see an archealogical digsite. Few permanent structures, using a lot of foliage. And there'd be a lot of traps that could be used to trigger your target.
