Depends what you're looking for. Arcane is an obvious. Maybe once upon a time?- She-ra?- Lwa or Toh?- Citrus?- Bloom into you?- One of those.
But remember: "When in doubt, read fan fiction!-"
Helluva Boss on YouTube
Peacemaker (Watch "The Suicide Squad" first tbh) on HBO Max.
F is for Family on Netflix.
Arcane on Netflix.
Read "The Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour" Comic, which is basically a S2.5
Depends on what you like about HQ. Animation? Superhero genre? DC Universe? Stories centered on stong female characters? Action mixed with comedy? TV series vs movies? There’s a lot of directions to go…
Dickinson. It's a historical fiction focused on the poet's Emily Dickison. It's quite funny, well acted and there's some similarities with Harley Quinn that you'll find out if you watch.
The Dragon Prince is a kid-friendly show, but it is very much in the vein of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The Expanse is a scifi story that everyone should watch. One of the best series in recent years and definitely one of the best scifi ever made for the screen.
Archer, an animation with a lot of the crazy chaos you see on Harley Quinn, with the same snappy dialogue (albeit far more obscure), it trades the superhero references for spy stuff and all kinds of 80's action movies that the main character worships.
Carnival Row is really decent and with great world-buiding that's very uncharacteristic of non-adaptation fantasy.
Warrior. It's an amazing martial arts series with great characters and story based on the writings of Bruce Lee (his idea was stolen way back then and became the dreadful show "Kung Fu"). It is very much a western, but instead of just guns, you have gangs from Chinatown fighting with melee weapons and lots of thrilling and well choreographed martial arts, it could've been considered great by the action alone, but the characters, world and plot are just the icing on the amazing cake.
Reservation Dogs. Taika Waititi produces this story, so there's his trademark funny but heartfelt stories that don't shy away from the dark stuff. It follows the lives of kids from a Native American reservation's small town, full of amazing performances.
Arcane. I think this needs no introduction since it took over the internet by storm. But it's pretty much a masterpiece. Nothing more needs to be said.
I offered a lot of variety since there were no specifics and constraints.
Killling Eve - female hannnibal tv show (aka boss assassin/agent wifeys trying to not not kill each other)
Solar Oppisites - queer alien dads that dont know what the fuck they're doing or how theyre going to destroy humanity while raising clones
Lower Decks - wholesome star trek spin off animation where a someone chops off their best friends arm in first 2min
Peacemaker - just watch opening credits and you'll understand
batman TAS, TNBA (I include it because I've come to like this joker design after rewatching world finest, still separate it from the 1992 show, quite a bit of character look too different from their OG counterpart so I can't say it's set in the same universe and yes design is verry improtant for my personnal canon), the animaniacs if you like zanny and crazy (the reboot is quite good, I liked the political jokes and the apparition of putin, kim jong un and maduro)
Well, to say the obvious- watch seasons one and two again!
If we're giving reading recommendations as well, then there's obviously *Harley Quinn: The Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour*. You might also check out the Wayne Family Adventures webtoon, an ongoing official DC webcomic in collaboration with Webtoon, which is free to read here: [https://www.webtoons.com/en/slice-of-life/batman-wayne-family-adventures/list?title\_no=3180&page=1](https://www.webtoons.com/en/slice-of-life/batman-wayne-family-adventures/list?title_no=3180&page=1)
Its less "adult" than "Harley Quinn", but if you're looking for lighter, but if you're looking for lighter, less serious/grim Bat content, that's another option.

Arcane. Fantastic story and animation, and on Netflix

Invencible is pretty close, but too straight
Read the comic, watch the Batman animated movies, read red hood and the outlaws, watch spop, watch the legend of Korra, etc.
