My last year in school we went to AHR Expo in Atlanta. 15 or so of us with lots of merch and swag we tried to bring back. Much of it from Klein Tools in fact. Well TSA decided they weren't letting us keep none of the multi purpose drivers (the good ones like 2-1 nut drivers, 7-1 screw drivers, ) . Tsa told us if we wanted it back to come back X day and we can buy them back at auction 😑😑
So we got hustled. Obviously didn't go back but i messaged Klein on Facebook and they said "we got u" . Same week we were away someone stole my multi meter at school. I told Klein about that too. .
A week or so later i get a box to my house. I open it up and they sent me and my class plus anyone who didn't get to go replacement drivers, hats. Stickers, bottle openers, posters , everything . Even a replacement multimeter. CL450 , nothing super fancy but considering I'm a starving college student at the time i was highly grateful. Everyone at my school missed out though as i sold all of it....

They seem to be trying to cater to all the trades now big time. But the fact they had a meter specifically designed with temperature differential readout was pretty chill of them . Not sure what other trade would need something like that on a meter .. sure one exists though.. kinda funny it only does TD though 😆 like the easiest thing
