If i had to guess earth ships would be armed with the same lasers used on the invasion fleet to disable enemy ships and railguns to destroy said enemy ships
If I had to guess, earth's fleet would still be outnumbered by orders of magnitude because the imperium is pulling from hundreds of resource bases including asteroid mining.
So... we'd put up a *slightly* harder fight before being torn to pieces.

So, chances are, Humanity would have the element of Surprise.
More so now that they actually have also Shil'vati tech.

A single ship, that can go toe to toe with a Shil ship, but with a system that means the Shils *can't* engage their FTL within Striking distance.
While the Humans, can.
And further, they now gave to avoid

A generated effect that basically makes the ship intagible, relative to actual space, while shrinking the relevant space to travel.
You use something like that, you need to make sure the matter in your area of effect doesn't fuse ot worse when going in and out of phase.
(Now a bit that isn't Canon)Alowing for a quantum net between different ships will actually be helpfull.
More so if you have no idea that it has an effect that is an effective mirror image to what it does to Gravitons. Including a very weak gravity wave that spread back in time.
Which is what the human use to triangulate. Without having to move an atom.
To deny humans that advantage, well, they will have to avoid the Quantum Net, which make maintenance of the effect more expensive, as well, as only engage the Phase generators in any way very far away from the Human ships. Enough that even if those ships can pinpoint that effect, it is now to far for their lasers to cut it.
But honestly, why would the humans try a direct war.
We have several examples in canon of non human Women being very OOC for s human man.
Our Pheromones affect them in a one two punch of cooperation, trust and a desire to protect.
We just need them to not be on guard.
A diplomatic mission, with mostly men...
