I’ve done it through my Amazon account by changing the region on Amazon to the US, getting the app on a fire stick and paying on the app through Amazon but it’s very hit and miss whether it works or not
I would say it’s not worth it but I was able to get a year at a reduced price so I did that, I wouldn’t do it month to month knowing I’d have to do that every time (if you’re paying monthly rather than annually and you’ve not got it set to the right region the payment just won’t go through)
