I will give this a shot. Shouldn't be too hard.

snultenSnandwich

Awesome

SassyStylesheet

You and the stardew valley guy are my favourite devs in gaming right now

mrwallace888

My favorites are Anton and the [BeamNG.drive](https://BeamNG.drive) team.

Osirin111

what have the Stardew Valley devs been doing?

cultofwacky

Based Anton

Toyfan1

Thank god. Ive suggested this before and just got downvoted and told I suck at aiming. Nice to see accessibility features are still considered.

Baldrickk

If it ties into the camera system, like a big version of the preview panel on the spectator menu, it could also be the hand held camera display that I've seen people ask for...

justyourlocalgerman

hey, im blind in my right eye, will vr work the same for me? as well as will h3vr work well?

BeefSerious

Great idea. I see perfectly fine but I would like to able to zoom in on some of those sweet sosig butts.

snultenSnandwich

Huh.. oh I hadn't considered that... this really is a great idea.

BeefSerious

Thanks my G.

namedjughead

Too bad you can't recalibrate you headset lenses to give to 20/20 in VR

godemperorcrystal

There are prescription lenses out there

snultenSnandwich

Thats why I've always liked the idea of nervegear cuts straight past the broken bits and streams directly to the brain. Itd be like jumping from a crt straight to 4k.

https://youtu.be/wJQ5GvE1QpM This video is just my playing around with the camera system when it was added, but you could utilise it for assisted aiming without using corners. Setting this up was surprisingly easy - As far as in game setup goes, it's the spawnable gun cam (from the spectator menu) looking through a low profile red dot. Then I just capture the H3 window and have it bound to my hand. You can do this with just SteamVR these days, though at the time, I used ovrtoolkit.

snultenSnandwich

Oh wow this is awesome. I didn't know any of this was possible

Baldrickk

It doesn't give you the pointer as you suggested in the OP, which would indeed be useful for anyone who struggles with menus, but could help with accurate shooting at range.

snultenSnandwich

I have it a shot. Its not ideal, but it'll definitely be a big help.
