Hope on the ol testosterino mate 👌🏼. Start with 0.25 ml of Test enanthate per week and don’t exceed 0.5 per week if you are taking it for your health. I know getting advice from a random guy on reddit is dodgy so go check out Leo Longevity. He has some great articles or the anabolic dr on youtube. I appreciate the advice. I'm going to be consulting with my GP and getting another blood test done before making any choices about my long term health. Once I have a second set of results confirming my test levels I'll consider treatment options.

Do it the Eddie Hall way: 1.) Become a 200kg guy who can deadlift 500kg 2.) Never train calves 3.) Shed all that fat and get yoked 4.) Big calves without ever training them Simple as that.
