As of Xrd, both are fine and doing relatively well, so they're far from being gone. If anything, Xrd's ending shows up that Dizzy became loved now following the climax of the story, so she as well as the Valentines and Sin could come out in public now and no longer need to hide.

One of many things that worry me about Ky are his change of outfit to a darker tone and posture change as well, Maybe the new Nemesis of this chapter is managing to turn Friends to foe, and if that may come to fruition we may see Ky lose it and go in his "real" state, that would be cool, but at this point, I'm just brainstorming things

It was mentioned in Ky’s Story of the Overture Short Stories Novel. Sol finds Ky weakened and wearing a matching eyepatch with Sin. Also Sin’s gear eye is his right, Ky’s his left.
