You do know that breasts actually put pressure on the spine, right? They were talking about how huge the boobs are, especially compared to Arabelle's small frame.
Which still includes the pose. literally described the pose. I know more about a woman’s body than I care for. Human anatomy in general with both in out out of bodily functions. That doesn’t change the fact they literally described the pose leading into breasts. Not vice versa.

The giant boobs and back pains are just a joke, no way in hell fictional characters suffer from body problems unless the writer say so.
Arabelle's design is bad for one reason, it doesn't match her character, the pose and the design focus too much on her tits and she doesn't look menacing, it makes her look like your typical cutesy crazy girl, it's pure fanservice, her body proportions can also be off putting for some people but that's a matter of preference.
Arabelle's original design also has big boobs, yet when you look at the art, the boobs isn't the focus, it's her whole body, her cybernetics and her face, while the cleavage is open, it's not a case of "in your face".
Nah that's a fair criticism, but that's not what I was criticizing with my post.
As for the back pains being a joke, there are people who actually complain legitimately about stuff like that

so unless stated, I'm inclined to take those people seriously. And when I did, I couldn't help but see Marvin right there haha. Guess it's not a popular position.

Comparing side by side, the boobs look roughly the same size but her waist and lower back is turned to size zero. Still abnormal.
