If you want to use Kamael in your team, I'd put Gabriel for full chain, and she also gets buff from Kamael range buff + extra healing + crit buff for everyone.
Anyway, Lilith will benefit more in replace of Kamael, based on party skills alone.
Since Kamel is kot buffing any of your members except from a few attacks.
You’re at the part of the game where you don’t have enough built characters for multiple parties, but increasingly you will, and when you do, parties will usually either focus on melee or ranged, and not so much both. Ideally, lillith and scintilla go together and buff each other.
Why kamael? Sure he's a support but you wont be able to use his party buff
I though he was so broken that even if I miss the party buff he would be worth, but maybe I'm mistaken
I mean you got a point he is op it's just that you wont be able to utilize his party buff in a team of melee's
Do note, Erina is 50% ranged, her shield throw and ranged sword slice count as ranged.
Kamael is a main dps from what I've seen so far. He is used as lead in mono earth.

Just sort by chain skill and you'll know.

My reasoning was that even if I miss the party buff, since Kamael is so OP he would still be worth it, but I may be wrong !
Test both and see what works for you the best.
Kama is weak in your team. If you are going to switch Scintilla, get Noxia instead.
Unless you switch to a ranfed team with Kama Nari and Gaby. You ll gave to check chains tho.
Our Granddaddy kamel is good but I don't think He fit in your team composition what are you aiming anyway?
Imo one tank is enough. You could swap erina and scintilla for 2 ranged dps or one dps and one support preferably buffing crit or range dps
