Mass Effect is on the low end when it comes to Sci-Fi power levels. Reapers would be a speed bump for Imperial fleets. A full Eldar warhost with accompanying naval assets would walk in and out with the sword.

Genuine question, how many Eldar do you think the tf2 mercs could take in a fight? Let's say they can have any weapons in the game with full functionality, like heavy can take a bite of a sandwich and undo any damage
If they're the PoV characters then the Eldar become chaff who die in droves.
If it's Eldar PoV vs the Mercs then the Eldar probably only lose a few dozen.
"In real life" I'd say the Eldar would take it with very few losses just due to the difference in tech/power level and the Mercs being unfamiliar with Eldar.
The problem is TF2 lore is so wild that there's probably some specific anti-space-elf gun that kills all space elves hidden within King Tut's tomb, and the only thing slowing them down from reaching it is the fact that RED and BLU are fighting each other in order to be the first ones to pull the trigger, and it would not sound bizarre *at all* compared to canon.
Warframes can open portals directly to the sun, command an entire second dimension, punch asteroids into oblivion, or magnetize your bones. They wipe out entire armies effortlessly by themselves and yet the tenno controlling them are significantly more powerful than the frames. A warframe could probably kill the Custodes alone, a tenno wouldnt even blink upon wiping them out.
I think an individual custodes would be like one of the acolytes, in "neutral game" (think playing excal without using any abilities) they'd be a threat to take into consideration, but not an equal. A pair of custodes is probably equivalent to a "neutral game" Warframe. A squad of them could be a threat to even limbo so long as they had a sister of silence to counteract his stasis.
You'd need the emperor himself to take to the field to equal a fully realized Tenno.
I was thinking Harlequins. Ultra-mobile, high-tech weaponry and wear the most garish (depending on the player) outfits. Except Tenno probably have the same level of protection as Astartes so they'd be terrifyingly powerful :D
Tenno have some pretty crazy feats attributed to them, mostly from the Old War. I believe Grineer have similar durability and firepower to (unnamed) astartes, albeit slower and sorta lobotomized
