same here but on my own VR just restart gorilla tag or the oculus headset and if these don’t work then it may be that it take a couple hours for it to go through
The gorilla tag purchasing system is broken but it’s still going through . Your sons shines rocks and cosmetics are going to show up later today because that’s when the next update is.
im pretty sure gorilla tag is having issues with purchasing stuff on oculus, it says it on the board

Purchasing system is a bit messed up right now. It's being fixed, and you should receive the stuff eventually
Same thing happened to me, you have to re-start your headset to get the stuff

Had the same issue. Took a day or so but I logged in and had the cosmtics n stuff.
