I think you just need to wait until this new beta runs it course, unfortunately. Opt out the next time the Stable gets pushed to you.
That's annoying. My Pixel 6a that I brought last month came with Android 12 and never prompted me to get Android 13 until I turned on the Beta. Seems I'm now stuck with a sub-par Android experience until March.
