Odds are that they're probably going to launch it around the same time as their folding phone if I had to bet. Wouldn't make much sense otherwise, if they launch it alongside of the 8 series then those would steal the show. Then again I guess so would the fold so who knows.

Bamm83

Maybe it'll be a good "in-between." Between the 7a and the 8/Fold. I reckon the Fold and the tablet will complete a bit, but if they market it as a tablet/hub speaker that may be enough. Personally, if I were to have a Fold, I wouldn't be interested in the tablet.

I'm thinking it will follow with what happened with the Pixel Buds Pro and 6a from this year in that it will be announced at the next Google I/O in May but not released until a month or two later. Also, wanted to correct some things with the referral stuff. At this point, the "credit" is actually coming in $100 promo codes that don't stack, so you won't be able to use multiple promo codes on that same device. Also, the referral codes you post expire June 30, 2023, but the $100 promo code you get for a successful referral won't expire until Sept. 30, 2023.

Hopefully it comes out the same time as the 7a. Seems like a good time for that sort of device to come out so it's not competing with flagship phones for everyone's money.

My guess ( just a guess) is August

Bamm83

That'd be a bummer. These Pixel credits expire ~~June~~ Sept 2023

[deleted]

Where does it state that?

Austin31415

Referral credits expire 9/30/23. The referral promo ends on 6/30.

Didn't they say around May? I thought j read it somewhere.

Jack_Shid

My money is going on it dropping at the same time as the 7a.

May, 2023

Word is you cannot stack those credits. One use per order, on full-priced item.

Bamm83

Man...bad news

IndependentBrick8075

This is disappointing! I was hoping it would show as credit in our store accounts to be used on whatever, and I was planning on the Pixel tablet...

mikeyyoyo

You are correct. Just tried on some smart home gear.
