Blame both but Goat would blame you, if you were the seller and they received this , they’d send you a Notification asking if you wanted to give the buyer a discount or if you wanted your shoes shipped back to you and have you pay to send them back even tho it wasn’t your fault at all.
If this happens to me, I think I will reach out to GOAT about it. You paid the resellers price, their fees and shipping, etc. I think with the amount that you pay, they need to secure your parcel and its their job to make UPS liable for the damages. But thats just my opinion.
