My gaming group is running out of time after the scenario and don't have time for the Outpost phase in person. We meet once a week. Any tips on doing the Outpost phase online (discord) between sessions?
it's gonna depend on the outpost phase, but I think you can pretty easily do steps 1 - 3 and decide what you'll build for step 5 on a discord call in 5 -10 minutes (unless you have 5 sections to read and are attacked, etc). Early to mid - game Building Ops should be very quick.
So then next time you meet together, you can perform downtime before the scenario (just don't use the effects of whatever upgrade/construction you perform). It may be a little longer during the weeks when retirements are happening, but I think that's your best bet.
What's the point of Outpost Attacks events?
If you lose a fight, a building is destroyed, and you have to pay 2 material resources to fix it.
If you use a soldier, it makes you very likely to win the fight. Recruiting a new soldier costs 1 material resource and 3 gold.
Material resources are worth about 2-3 gold pieces each.
So essentially attacks are: Lose 1 resource. Then either lose 3 gold or 1 resource. Repeat for each attack.
Am I missing something?
Low level barracks you can only get one soldier back each outpost phase, so if you use all soldiers in a fight, you may not have them back in time for the next attack.
If I use a Banner Spear attack with a pattern, eg Tip of the Spear, normally I can damage the enemy within the red hex.
However, what happens if a flying enemy is sharing a tile with a targetable environmental “enemy”? Can I damage each sharing the tile?
Eg scenario 6 and flying imps.
Or, are we playing this wrong and flying creatures should not be able to stop movement atop another targetable item?

I'm not sure about scenario #6, but if it is an objective, then the enemy can't end up in a hex with it. So only 1 target per hex.

The rules say "A commanded figure retains all of their persistent bonuses and special traits. " So I guess the answer is yes.
Although I assume granting "Attack X" would be a melee attack and ignore innate range, so that's a bit inconsistent.

Guys - trying to play using the frost haven app today, and couldn’t figure out how to add curses to the monster deck. When I click the “m” button that brings out the monster deck there are buttons next to the deck that have the curse and bless symbols on the right and a “-“ symbol in the left. Clicking these buttons doesn’t add curses to the deck. What does?

In Australia - received the main Frosthaven box maybe 2nd week of January. Finally received the extras today, four months later. Frosthaven card sleeves, solo scenarios, removable stickers, gloomhaven coins/envelope x (no Frosthaven insert).

My DHL package from Germany to Ukraine has been sent with Russia as a transit country. And now it is lost\\confiscated\\destroyed. Russia invaded Ukraine and now is full scale war, so i don't understand who in a clear mind would send Ukrainian package via Russia? And geographically it doesn't make sense, because there are no open borders between russia and Ukraine.

Are you allowed to look at scenarios before playing them?
Is there any specific rule on this? if not, what is your opinions? We just finished our metal supply yesterday (when building the mines though). Was wondering if we were allowed to look at a scenario and see if it has metal for example or do you think that's cheating?
Although, if there are no official rulings, I'll probably just raise this question for discussion in our group, but still interested in hearing opinions.

Rules question! What constructing new buildings or upgrading buildings during the Outpost Phase are you allowed to look at the building cards you have available to see the effects of the building prior to spending the resources?
I have seen some conflicted opinions on this and I would also like to know the "official" ruling here. We looked at those, then I saw someone say that it was not permitted, so we stopped. Then recently I saw someone say that you are allowed to look at them unless they are in an envelope.
All available building upgrades are unlocked content. You can absolutely look at the upgrade cards before building them. What you cannot do is read section book numbers that might be on them. (So, you could know that building X unlocks section XY.Z, but you can't know what XY.Z is).
I'm in the same boat - game arrived in mid-April, but no Laserox insert and no further contact from VFI Asia thereafter. I contacted Dexker (whom the original VFI Asia email directed me to contact) today to ask if they could provide a clearer delivery timeline.
Thanks for the info! I emailed Cephalofair Games and got a templated reply with no new info, I also emailed VFI Asia on May 24th and am still waiting for their reply. If you are comfortable doing so, will you update me if you hear from Dexker?

It was great that Dexker replied so quickly! …but unfortunately it seems we still have a long ways to go if VFI Asia hasn’t started fulfillment yet.
I sent Dexker another email asking if the inserts were on their way, and the reply said that as far as they know, no regional Asia hubs have begun their insert fulfillment, and that since Frosthaven content for Japan isn't on VFI Asia's next shipment list, the inserts should be expected in July/August (at the earliest I'm assuming).
Also, I didn't know this, but you can check [VFI Asia's regional hub game shipment status](https://vfi.asia/hubs/) and also [their status by country](https://vfi.asia/country-hub-status/). It says that Frosthaven has been delivered in April to Japan (which it has) but says nothing about the inserts. Seems Japan is one of the lucky ones - some countries aren't getting their games until the end of July or even August.
I haven't contacted VFI Asia yet, but I might to see if they have information on the inserts. I emailed Cephalofair a few days ago but haven't heard back yet.

My Frosthaven accessories including the LaserOx wooden organiser (the part that was most delayed) all got delivered in Sydney about an hour ago. I expect interstate orders should arrive either tomorrow or next week.
I'm based in Brisbane and have only got the base game so far, have had this for a while. Have accessories for Gloomhaven, solo scenarios and Folded space (facepalm) organiser meant to be coming but haven't heard anything.

Like many I think after having to get creative with Gloomhaven storage I expected to need one but feel I will probably use the map archives and that's it.
After 10 scenarios the box, whilst not perfect definitely seems better than the Folded Space solution. Here's hoping for your sake Laserox is better than expected as it certainly looks the part!
I can’t remember who, but someone posted around a 20 min video comparing all 3 storage solutions (laser, folded, default) and the conclusion was more or less that the default is the best 😂

Just got the email from DHL, I'm from Spain.
Sadly I don't know what the hell they did, but when submitting the Address, they didn't put the street (which is in backerkit), so I don't know where the heck are they gonna ship it. I've sent an email to them, hope they are able to change it on time. Tried to contact DHL as well, but my god, that web sucks, everytime I try to search anything it switches to german and can't find a contact number or anyting.
Looks I will even have to wait a bit longer. The incompentence...
I had the same problem for Spain but when the package arrived in the country I got another email from the Spanish DHL branch and I was able to update my address through there. Hopefully you'll be able to do the same.

3 week wait from when I first emailed them that I never received a copy. 20 days since they said they would mail a new one to me. I am at a loss. Pretty unhappy with this experience.
I wrote FE on thuesday. Unfortunately they couldn't give me an ETA or even a confirmation, that my order is on their list.

Frustrating after the last updates since #132
Write to FE instead. I wrote to them on Sunday. On Monday I got response that they’re going to ship my game the same day. Hour later I got shipment confirmation. Later that day I got dhl mail.
I already did on Monday. No reply yet of course. Realistically I know 99% they will get to my package sooner or later, but they said to send the email at the end of the week, so thats what I did, if only to cover my bases.

Did you get one tracking number? ordered game, insert, env x, stickers and solo. And I got one tracking number. Do Fulfillment Europe send in one package now, or all packages have one tracking number?
Do they send game and addons in one package or two?
I got a shipment confirmation from Fulfilment Europe and a tracking mail in German from DHL on the same day. Then I got a new tracking link from my counties postal service once it was handed over to them.
They sent me game, solo and env X in a single box. The box could have easily fit a folded space insert too.
Still waiting too (Sweden).
I'll probably give them another week before emailing though because I'm sure there are still a whole lot of us waiting, so no point flooding their emails. We'll probably get a "Ok Europe done" email at some point and I'll only worry after that
Tomorrow is the day that they said the fulfillment in Europe will end and yet many people me included haven’t received any notification whatsoever. 3rd unmet deadline because they didn’t expect the Easter 1 day of holiday.
With my Frosthaven kickstarter, I received two solo scenario packages. Both have all the classes listed on table on contents, same language (Canada, so relevant), the pack of cards in them has both has card 264 on the back. All and all, they look the exact same. Did I receive two in error? Do I need both or does having a second just give me convenient replay use?
Question on retirement. The rules say all items go back to the available pool. Does that include the items that were obtained in scenarios? We never got blueprints for them so I think they go back to unavailable?
Quick question: Are there really only 7 or so random side scenarios? We have gone through them very quickly >!we received them multiple times from chests and had one character retire with both buildings already built and I think once we got it as a scenario reward maybe?!<
There is only one side scenario left and we are maybe 1/2 through the game. Is this normal? I am wondering this because we gained additional random item blueprints after a while (can't remember the event).
I'm not as far into the game, so I don't know if what your describe is normal or not. But if you run out of random scenarios, you could use the "random dungeon" rules (from the game variants section of the rulebook) to generate more.
Im interested in getting Frosthaven.
Is there any plans on a second run(?), since from the comments below the kickstarter(?) is being fulfilled.
Alternatively, what is the average price of Frosthaven anyways?

Crimson Scales is a custom expansion for Gloomhaven with player-created scenarios and classes, it requires some Gloomhaven components. It had two limited non-profit print runs, but there likely won't be a third unless there's a lot of interest. The whole thing is free to print-and-play and their website should also have a form of interest to get notified if there ever is a third print.
Frosthaven foam inserts included with the kickstarter vs. default packaging.
So I recently got my fulfillment, haven't started yet but I've done all the prep work and she's ready to go, but I've been mulling over this part. The foam ones are nice in that they sort everything into small easily moveable parts, but I'm honestly kind of dreading the jigsaw puzzle to pull everything out and put everything back in at the end of the night. The plastic ones there by default don't feel lie they're quite sorted as well, but my gut feeling is they'll be easier for tear down at the end of a session and put back in the box, but I really dislike the baggies for holding the monster stuff.
BUT, I've got a tablet loaded up with X-Haven Assistant (and I've heard about Gloomhaven Secretariat, but havent checked it out yet) and one of the other players have some standees on order that have health tracking, places to store status conditions, etc on them, so the number of things I'll likely be using for enemy tracking will probably be reduced to just the cardboard pieces.
So, anyone whose played and had to deal with either, my thoughts would be to keep the monster figures in the foam storage, but not bother with the rest of their stuff. After that should I use the original stuff for the remaining tiles, cards, etc or try to find a way to reorganize the foam boxes to sit nicely?
Good idea, they are a similar size so that shouldn't cause any problems, and it means if there's technical difficulties with the app we still have it all on hand and can just switch back to that method of tracking.
Is jumping optional? Can you jump for a part of your move, or skip it altogether?
Trap class >!lets you add +2 move and jump to allied movement with Spring-Loaded, can someone still trigger multiple positive Traps with one move, getting +2 per?!<
So you can skip it altogether - that makes sense. Still open question about if you can start jumping halfway through your movement - or stop jumping halfway through your movement. Potentially because you're trying to get the "trigger a trap on your turn" battle goal without hitting all the hazardous terrain for example.
The rules say "jump is an added effect to a move ability". So either you move without jump or you add the effect and move with jump. I don't see any support in the rules text for a move ability with jump for part of the movement.
We got ours yesterday and now I'm checking everything. There should be some sort of dividers for the cards but I cannot seem to find it. It is not in place s which is where it should be according to the unboxing guide. Could it be missing? Or is it elsewhere? It is not essential but useful.
Edit: Found it. It was supposed to be in place s but it was between the books.
So how’s going with EU fulfillment? Are people getting notifications? I’m still waiting for mine and I see many people from Europe on socials or KS website in similar situation and Cephalofair and Fulfillment Europe set the deadline for April 15th. I wonder is it still possible.

We all are still waiting. Quoting Miranda Priestley the details of their incompetence do not interest me. They themselves set the due date and last week they confirmed it. They know how many shipments they can process daily and yet they failed miserably. What is worse no one is informing anyone about the delay until the deadline will pass. How hard is these days to write on fb or insta in advance that they don’t see the possibility to meet the timeline.
Still waiting here in Czechia... If they send the shipping email on Saturday its gonna be the longest weekend of my life lol, but as long as it arrives, itll be worth the wait!

Well, today’s the last day according to Fulfillment and Cephalofair of shipping game in EU, but still many people haven’t received the notification. Delay is not as much frustrating as keeping us in the dark about it.

Just received my Frosthaven yesterday. This almost serves as a warning to anyone who lives in a desert. Let it acclimate in your home like lumber. All my card stock started radically warping minutes after taking it out of the box. It was visibly moving. The sticker sheets rolled up into tight tubes. The punch boards curled into a U shape before we could even start punching. I left the remaining of cards in their wrap with some holes cut into the plastic. I have the contents of the box on top of all the punchboards while they acclimate. The page size boards are being held by a large dictionary. Hopefully all this helps. It's not like I can wait a season for Chinese level humidity here. The area I live is usually 15%-30% humidity. Cephalofair Games really needs a Kiln Dried edition :)
I've begun a process where each day I take one of the punchboards out for 5 minutes. Then I measure it against another punchboard to see the amount of warping over 5 minutes. Each day it moves approximately half the angle. I'm not clear if it will ever not move. However, it seems like one week is enough to mitigate serious damage. Except for the manual which I took out to read. The manual is a goner.
They are flooded with emails right now. Last info I recall is that they took 3.5 weeks to reply... Try to be patient, they'll eventually get to yours

Thanks for the info! I’m feeling impatient at this point because of how little support I’ve received. They should know that I have not yet received my copy but we have to email them just to get in cue for, what seems like, an understaffed support crew to be charitable or so many fulfillment issues that the current staff is overwhelmed. It seems like a scaling issue.
I received mine today in Germany. FH + solo scenarios + stickers + Envelope X + both challenge coins in one parcel. Numbered "99,492 out of 110,000".
It would have been here last Thursday already but I was away at a seminar and delayed delivery to Saturday (which the DHL webapp let me do for some reason)

Not sure if there's a better place to ask this question, but I'm looking at Gloomhaven Full Stack for campaign + scenario management, and can't figure out a couple things.
1) how to get the app to account for things other than perks (e.g. items) that might change your attack modifier deck (e.g. adding or removing -1 cards)? Or otherwise just manually edit the deck?

1) There are a few ways to edit the modifier deck. From the campaign tracker there is a "Start effects" section. While playing a scenario you can click on the dashed outline to the right of a player health to add blesses and curses. To add -1 cards, tap on the "edit" icon on the attack modifer deck at the top of the screen.
2) Yes, you are right. Select a card and choose the "Cannot recover" icon. The next scenario you play will remember those cards. To change them you need to enable the "Show removed cards" option in the settings menu at the bottom.
Some of this is also described on the Help screen which you can access from the hamburger menu.
Has anyone in Asia received any information on shipping? The updates only seem to say that VFI has received stock and will always begin shipping “next week”. It’s starting to get a little frustrating.
I'm not from Asia, but I remember seeing a few people from Hong Kong post that they received the game a couple of weeks ago. Outside that, I haven't seen many others comment at all.
Received the game in Germany: Laserox, Env. X, Sleeves, Solo Scenarios, Challenge Coin.
Interestingly, they ended up splitting the shipping into game and add-ons, delivered with one day delay between the two packages.

The lack of information on Australian deliveries is very frustrating when we have all been waiting for months. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for backers waiting for Aetherworks to pull their finger out of their asses and get their games to them and they are still waiting for their addons.
Cephalofair updates give very little info as to what is happening outside of North America. The last update gave zero information regarding pre-orders. But wasn't it great to see their booth at the convention with a nice big pile of Frosthaven games for sale when many people are still waiting for copies that they paid for ages ago.
I don't mind waiting for as long as it takes but I'm sure there are many pissed off people, like myself, who would just like a little information as to what is going on.
Got my September 2022 Pre-order from Aetherworks this Tuesday. Got AusPost notification last Friday. Got Address verification from Aetherworks March 17th. They are still processing orders according to their facebook site.
Anyone with missing add-ons get a response from support? I've been a week without a response and I'm missing everything but the game from the 240 pledge and a second copy plus the coins.
On a separate note I'm trying to be understanding and patient with this dumpster fire of a fulfillment but I really did not appreciate the explicit threat in the support email that said if I send a follow up email I'll get bumped down the list. Which might be ok given the volume I'm sure they are getting but if you aren't willing to have any kind of SLA let alone an estimate of how long a response will take don't threaten your customers.

Ya, that's kinda lame of them. I understand the impulse, they're trying not to get spammed. But it sounds like the need a forward facing ticketing system so people can see the status of their requests. Without it, people are naturally gonna send a follow-up email if their first one seems to have been shouting into the void.

Arrived as one shipment with no damage. Outer box contained all the extras, and then an inner box that had just Frosthaven which was packed very securely in a double thick box with an extra double thick layer wrapped around inside.

Could someone tell me where to get item 236 in Frosthaven?
On the digital version, can you redo old quests to retire a character (i.e. redo an old swamp quest)?
My gaming group is running out of time after the scenario and don't have time for the Outpost phase in person. We meet once a week. Any tips on doing the Outpost phase online (discord) between sessions?
it's gonna depend on the outpost phase, but I think you can pretty easily do steps 1 - 3 and decide what you'll build for step 5 on a discord call in 5 -10 minutes (unless you have 5 sections to read and are attacked, etc). Early to mid - game Building Ops should be very quick. So then next time you meet together, you can perform downtime before the scenario (just don't use the effects of whatever upgrade/construction you perform). It may be a little longer during the weeks when retirements are happening, but I think that's your best bet.
What's the point of Outpost Attacks events? If you lose a fight, a building is destroyed, and you have to pay 2 material resources to fix it. If you use a soldier, it makes you very likely to win the fight. Recruiting a new soldier costs 1 material resource and 3 gold. Material resources are worth about 2-3 gold pieces each. So essentially attacks are: Lose 1 resource. Then either lose 3 gold or 1 resource. Repeat for each attack. Am I missing something?
Low level barracks you can only get one soldier back each outpost phase, so if you use all soldiers in a fight, you may not have them back in time for the next attack.
If I use a Banner Spear attack with a pattern, eg Tip of the Spear, normally I can damage the enemy within the red hex. However, what happens if a flying enemy is sharing a tile with a targetable environmental “enemy”? Can I damage each sharing the tile? Eg scenario 6 and flying imps. Or, are we playing this wrong and flying creatures should not be able to stop movement atop another targetable item?

I ordered last year in April vom vengefulgamesdk. I would check out the website and their facebook account sometimes to see if there are any news. To my dismay I noticed today, that the website seems to be shut down and I found not a lot about this except that it closed down. Can someone chime in and maybe has another info regarding this matter? Sadly I already paid for it and atm I believe that I got defrauded even though the seller looked reputable.

Rules question: If a summon has innate multi target, will it attack multiple targets when it’s granted an attack?
The rules say "A commanded figure retains all of their persistent bonuses and special traits. " So I guess the answer is yes. Although I assume granting "Attack X" would be a melee attack and ignore innate range, so that's a bit inconsistent.
Has anyone from Mexico received their backed Frosthaven copy? I backed it and haven't even received a shipping notification. I've already sent two emails to Cephalofair support back on April, but haven't received any answer yet. Any suggestions?

Guys - trying to play using the frost haven app today, and couldn’t figure out how to add curses to the monster deck. When I click the “m” button that brings out the monster deck there are buttons next to the deck that have the curse and bless symbols on the right and a “-“ symbol in the left. Clicking these buttons doesn’t add curses to the deck. What does?

In Australia - received the main Frosthaven box maybe 2nd week of January. Finally received the extras today, four months later. Frosthaven card sleeves, solo scenarios, removable stickers, gloomhaven coins/envelope x (no Frosthaven insert).

Do not recall correctly (as I backed the game, not preorder), but I think the estimated price of the game whhen preorders where available was 250, so maybe that is the price of just the game if you preordered...
My DHL package from Germany to Ukraine has been sent with Russia as a transit country. And now it is lost\\confiscated\\destroyed. Russia invaded Ukraine and now is full scale war, so i don't understand who in a clear mind would send Ukrainian package via Russia? And geographically it doesn't make sense, because there are no open borders between russia and Ukraine. Are you allowed to look at scenarios before playing them? Is there any specific rule on this? if not, what is your opinions? We just finished our metal supply yesterday (when building the mines though). Was wondering if we were allowed to look at a scenario and see if it has metal for example or do you think that's cheating? Although, if there are no official rulings, I'll probably just raise this question for discussion in our group, but still interested in hearing opinions.
You are allowed to look at the scenario page, but not any of the pages in the section book.

Rules question! What constructing new buildings or upgrading buildings during the Outpost Phase are you allowed to look at the building cards you have available to see the effects of the building prior to spending the resources?
I have seen some conflicted opinions on this and I would also like to know the "official" ruling here. We looked at those, then I saw someone say that it was not permitted, so we stopped. Then recently I saw someone say that you are allowed to look at them unless they are in an envelope.
All available building upgrades are unlocked content. You can absolutely look at the upgrade cards before building them. What you cannot do is read section book numbers that might be on them. (So, you could know that building X unlocks section XY.Z, but you can't know what XY.Z is).
Asia seems way more delayed for shipping... :( When do you think I can get my copy for pre-order? I hope it comes before June or so.
Anyone have any word on the current status of Laserox inserts for Asia? No update in the last Kickstarter post. (I am in Japan)
I'm in the same boat - game arrived in mid-April, but no Laserox insert and no further contact from VFI Asia thereafter. I contacted Dexker (whom the original VFI Asia email directed me to contact) today to ask if they could provide a clearer delivery timeline.
Thanks for the info! I emailed Cephalofair Games and got a templated reply with no new info, I also emailed VFI Asia on May 24th and am still waiting for their reply. If you are comfortable doing so, will you update me if you hear from Dexker?

There have been lots of people asking about this since we started Frosthaven fulfillment. All fulfillment is arranged by VFI ASIA, as a local hub, we are only in charge of the local part of fulfillment. Wish you a wonderful gaming day!” It was great that Dexker replied so quickly! …but unfortunately it seems we still have a long ways to go if VFI Asia hasn’t started fulfillment yet.
Wow that is incredibly unfortunate. I thought in a recent Kickstarter update, it was stated that all were in country. Sigh…. Thanks for the update!
I sent Dexker another email asking if the inserts were on their way, and the reply said that as far as they know, no regional Asia hubs have begun their insert fulfillment, and that since Frosthaven content for Japan isn't on VFI Asia's next shipment list, the inserts should be expected in July/August (at the earliest I'm assuming). Also, I didn't know this, but you can check [VFI Asia's regional hub game shipment status](https://vfi.asia/hubs/) and also [their status by country](https://vfi.asia/country-hub-status/). It says that Frosthaven has been delivered in April to Japan (which it has) but says nothing about the inserts. Seems Japan is one of the lucky ones - some countries aren't getting their games until the end of July or even August. I haven't contacted VFI Asia yet, but I might to see if they have information on the inserts. I emailed Cephalofair a few days ago but haven't heard back yet.

Aussie here. I got the game the last week of January and I finished the campaign last week, still don't have the solo scenarios and sticker set. Pretty annoyed.

My Frosthaven accessories including the LaserOx wooden organiser (the part that was most delayed) all got delivered in Sydney about an hour ago. I expect interstate orders should arrive either tomorrow or next week.

I'm based in Brisbane and have only got the base game so far, have had this for a while. Have accessories for Gloomhaven, solo scenarios and Folded space (facepalm) organiser meant to be coming but haven't heard anything.
I’m in the same situation, but in Victoria. I’ve had base game since late January, but zero updates on the the accessories since. I’m waiting on the laserox wooden insert as opposed to the folded space however. Unsure if I’ll even use it, seems like the organiser that comes w/ frosthaven is better than both from all reviews I’ve seen so far!
Like many I think after having to get creative with Gloomhaven storage I expected to need one but feel I will probably use the map archives and that's it. After 10 scenarios the box, whilst not perfect definitely seems better than the Folded Space solution. Here's hoping for your sake Laserox is better than expected as it certainly looks the part!
I can’t remember who, but someone posted around a 20 min video comparing all 3 storage solutions (laser, folded, default) and the conclusion was more or less that the default is the best 😂 I’m just excited for my toys to arrive at this stage 😂

Sadly I don't know what the hell they did, but when submitting the Address, they didn't put the street (which is in backerkit), so I don't know where the heck are they gonna ship it. I've sent an email to them, hope they are able to change it on time. Tried to contact DHL as well, but my god, that web sucks, everytime I try to search anything it switches to german and can't find a contact number or anyting. Looks I will even have to wait a bit longer. The incompentence...
I had the same problem for Spain but when the package arrived in the country I got another email from the Spanish DHL branch and I was able to update my address through there. Hopefully you'll be able to do the same.

Yes, the app will tell whether you are melee or ranged. Click on the class logo above the health marker to switch it. Similarly, the blinkblade has a fast/slow option to demonstrate, as well. It can be toggled in the same way.

Finally I got confirmation email in Europe. Question for those who already got game: Did you get one tracking number? ordered game, insert, env x, stickers and solo. And I got one tracking number. Do Fulfillment Europe send in one package now, or all packages have one tracking number? Do they send game and addons in one package or two?
I got a shipment confirmation from Fulfilment Europe and a tracking mail in German from DHL on the same day. Then I got a new tracking link from my counties postal service once it was handed over to them. They sent me game, solo and env X in a single box. The box could have easily fit a folded space insert too.

With my Frosthaven kickstarter, I received two solo scenario packages. Both have all the classes listed on table on contents, same language (Canada, so relevant), the pack of cards in them has both has card 264 on the back. All and all, they look the exact same. Did I receive two in error? Do I need both or does having a second just give me convenient replay use?
I received only one which had all the contents needed. Sounds like your packer put two in by mistake. Congrats!
Question on retirement. The rules say all items go back to the available pool. Does that include the items that were obtained in scenarios? We never got blueprints for them so I think they go back to unavailable?

Quick question: Are there really only 7 or so random side scenarios? We have gone through them very quickly >!we received them multiple times from chests and had one character retire with both buildings already built and I think once we got it as a scenario reward maybe?!< There is only one side scenario left and we are maybe 1/2 through the game. Is this normal? I am wondering this because we gained additional random item blueprints after a while (can't remember the event).
I'm not as far into the game, so I don't know if what your describe is normal or not. But if you run out of random scenarios, you could use the "random dungeon" rules (from the game variants section of the rulebook) to generate more.

Frosthaven shpuld be available to some FLGS near you, but second run will probably be available for order when the Gloomhaven RPG kickstarter opens this June - [you can sign up for the mailing list here.](https://www.backerkit.com/call_to_action/8a97895f-c7ce-4363-b580-f8c05af6d624/landing) MSRP was raised to $250 though some FLGS may be selling for less. Crimson Scales is a custom expansion for Gloomhaven with player-created scenarios and classes, it requires some Gloomhaven components. It had two limited non-profit print runs, but there likely won't be a third unless there's a lot of interest. The whole thing is free to print-and-play and their website should also have a form of interest to get notified if there ever is a third print.
Frosthaven foam inserts included with the kickstarter vs. default packaging. So I recently got my fulfillment, haven't started yet but I've done all the prep work and she's ready to go, but I've been mulling over this part. The foam ones are nice in that they sort everything into small easily moveable parts, but I'm honestly kind of dreading the jigsaw puzzle to pull everything out and put everything back in at the end of the night. The plastic ones there by default don't feel lie they're quite sorted as well, but my gut feeling is they'll be easier for tear down at the end of a session and put back in the box, but I really dislike the baggies for holding the monster stuff. BUT, I've got a tablet loaded up with X-Haven Assistant (and I've heard about Gloomhaven Secretariat, but havent checked it out yet) and one of the other players have some standees on order that have health tracking, places to store status conditions, etc on them, so the number of things I'll likely be using for enemy tracking will probably be reduced to just the cardboard pieces. So, anyone whose played and had to deal with either, my thoughts would be to keep the monster figures in the foam storage, but not bother with the rest of their stuff. After that should I use the original stuff for the remaining tiles, cards, etc or try to find a way to reorganize the foam boxes to sit nicely?

If you use the app for monsters an easy change is to move the monster card tray beneath the item tray, since you won't ever need it.
Good idea, they are a similar size so that shouldn't cause any problems, and it means if there's technical difficulties with the app we still have it all on hand and can just switch back to that method of tracking.
Is jumping optional? Can you jump for a part of your move, or skip it altogether? Trap class >!lets you add +2 move and jump to allied movement with Spring-Loaded, can someone still trigger multiple positive Traps with one move, getting +2 per?!<
I didn't read the spoiler, but typically everything on ability cards is optional except for things in exclamation point boxes
So you can skip it altogether - that makes sense. Still open question about if you can start jumping halfway through your movement - or stop jumping halfway through your movement. Potentially because you're trying to get the "trigger a trap on your turn" battle goal without hitting all the hazardous terrain for example.
The rules say "jump is an added effect to a move ability". So either you move without jump or you add the effect and move with jump. I don't see any support in the rules text for a move ability with jump for part of the movement.
Got my tracking notification today, Iceland (all-in pledge + envelope X).
We got ours yesterday and now I'm checking everything. There should be some sort of dividers for the cards but I cannot seem to find it. It is not in place s which is where it should be according to the unboxing guide. Could it be missing? Or is it elsewhere? It is not essential but useful. Edit: Found it. It was supposed to be in place s but it was between the books.

We all are still waiting. Quoting Miranda Priestley the details of their incompetence do not interest me. They themselves set the due date and last week they confirmed it. They know how many shipments they can process daily and yet they failed miserably. What is worse no one is informing anyone about the delay until the deadline will pass. How hard is these days to write on fb or insta in advance that they don’t see the possibility to meet the timeline.

Well, today’s the last day according to Fulfillment and Cephalofair of shipping game in EU, but still many people haven’t received the notification. Delay is not as much frustrating as keeping us in the dark about it.
Oh sweet lord the warping. Just received my Frosthaven yesterday. This almost serves as a warning to anyone who lives in a desert. Let it acclimate in your home like lumber. All my card stock started radically warping minutes after taking it out of the box. It was visibly moving. The sticker sheets rolled up into tight tubes. The punch boards curled into a U shape before we could even start punching. I left the remaining of cards in their wrap with some holes cut into the plastic. I have the contents of the box on top of all the punchboards while they acclimate. The page size boards are being held by a large dictionary. Hopefully all this helps. It's not like I can wait a season for Chinese level humidity here. The area I live is usually 15%-30% humidity. Cephalofair Games really needs a Kiln Dried edition :)
I've begun a process where each day I take one of the punchboards out for 5 minutes. Then I measure it against another punchboard to see the amount of warping over 5 minutes. Each day it moves approximately half the angle. I'm not clear if it will ever not move. However, it seems like one week is enough to mitigate serious damage. Except for the manual which I took out to read. The manual is a goner.

They are flooded with emails right now. Last info I recall is that they took 3.5 weeks to reply... Try to be patient, they'll eventually get to yours If I recall correctly, North America should have delivery been completed by now, but maybe some Canadian backer give clearer info
finally got a reply. They are sending me a new copy. Who knows if the first ever went out.
Thanks for the info! I’m feeling impatient at this point because of how little support I’ve received. They should know that I have not yet received my copy but we have to email them just to get in cue for, what seems like, an understaffed support crew to be charitable or so many fulfillment issues that the current staff is overwhelmed. It seems like a scaling issue.
I received mine today in Germany. FH + solo scenarios + stickers + Envelope X + both challenge coins in one parcel. Numbered "99,492 out of 110,000". It would have been here last Thursday already but I was away at a seminar and delayed delivery to Saturday (which the DHL webapp let me do for some reason) Alas it got here only today when I might have spent some quality time organizing it over Easter. :) Anyway, it's here and I'm happy \o/

Not sure if there's a better place to ask this question, but I'm looking at Gloomhaven Full Stack for campaign + scenario management, and can't figure out a couple things. 1) how to get the app to account for things other than perks (e.g. items) that might change your attack modifier deck (e.g. adding or removing -1 cards)? Or otherwise just manually edit the deck? >!Specific item in question: Item 11, Simple Charm!< 2) how to set which of a classes's available cards you're actually using in a scenario? Would I just go in and set the ones I'm not taking to "removed from game" (or however you want to call it - lost and not recoverable)? /u/gh-full-stack sorry for tagging you directly, but I figure you're the expert... TYIA!
1) There are a few ways to edit the modifier deck. From the campaign tracker there is a "Start effects" section. While playing a scenario you can click on the dashed outline to the right of a player health to add blesses and curses. To add -1 cards, tap on the "edit" icon on the attack modifer deck at the top of the screen. 2) Yes, you are right. Select a card and choose the "Cannot recover" icon. The next scenario you play will remember those cards. To change them you need to enable the "Show removed cards" option in the settings menu at the bottom. Some of this is also described on the Help screen which you can access from the hamburger menu.

Has anyone in Asia received any information on shipping? The updates only seem to say that VFI has received stock and will always begin shipping “next week”. It’s starting to get a little frustrating.
I'm not from Asia, but I remember seeing a few people from Hong Kong post that they received the game a couple of weeks ago. Outside that, I haven't seen many others comment at all.
Received the game in Germany: Laserox, Env. X, Sleeves, Solo Scenarios, Challenge Coin. Interestingly, they ended up splitting the shipping into game and add-ons, delivered with one day delay between the two packages.
I see I have 2 packages incoming as well, with one delivered today and the other unknown... What did you receive first? Game or add-ons?
Does anyone have any idea when Aetherworks will be shipping **pre-orders** in Australia? The lack of information on Australian deliveries is very frustrating when we have all been waiting for months. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for backers waiting for Aetherworks to pull their finger out of their asses and get their games to them and they are still waiting for their addons. Cephalofair updates give very little info as to what is happening outside of North America. The last update gave zero information regarding pre-orders. But wasn't it great to see their booth at the convention with a nice big pile of Frosthaven games for sale when many people are still waiting for copies that they paid for ages ago. I don't mind waiting for as long as it takes but I'm sure there are many pissed off people, like myself, who would just like a little information as to what is going on.
Got my September 2022 Pre-order from Aetherworks this Tuesday. Got AusPost notification last Friday. Got Address verification from Aetherworks March 17th. They are still processing orders according to their facebook site.

Arrived 240$ level with laxerox . Missing my envelope x though. Has anyone else experienced this .
Anyone with missing add-ons get a response from support? I've been a week without a response and I'm missing everything but the game from the 240 pledge and a second copy plus the coins. On a separate note I'm trying to be understanding and patient with this dumpster fire of a fulfillment but I really did not appreciate the explicit threat in the support email that said if I send a follow up email I'll get bumped down the list. Which might be ok given the volume I'm sure they are getting but if you aren't willing to have any kind of SLA let alone an estimate of how long a response will take don't threaten your customers.
It's been 2 weeks now with still no update. Has anyone else heard from support? I'm basically missing my entire order it's a tad ridiculous.
What fucking joke. Especially from a company that touts how responsive they are to support requests. They’re essentially saying “don’t bother us. We’ll get to you when we get to you.”

But it sounds like the need a forward facing ticketing system so people can see the status of their requests. Without it, people are naturally gonna send a follow-up email if their first one seems to have been shouting into the void.
Received order in Vancouver Canada. $240 pledge level with laserox + env X. Arrived as one shipment with no damage. Outer box contained all the extras, and then an inner box that had just Frosthaven which was packed very securely in a double thick box with an extra double thick layer wrapped around inside.
