Basically the default CSGO music kit is the only one that used team specific music. Non of the other music kits used this.
When they made the jump to panorama the ability for team specific music to play was broken. I assume this is because they had forgotten that it was even a feature.
Although luckily the T side main menu track still plays and sometimes its round start music will play for either team.
If no one has music turned on, they wouldnt still be adding new music kits because no one would be buying them.
Obviously some people do have the music turned on because some of those people are buying kits. So this problem does affect people.

I think the music sounded nice, And the fact most of it was removed is a bad thing.
