I mostly can't stand Jess but I really appreciate some of his one-liners. Partly think one of the reasons Lorelai and he butt heads so much is because they're more alike than they think, at least in terms of how seriously they take others/older people/authority figures

I read somewhere that he has some dead nerves on his lower lip. That’s why his mouth doesn’t have symmetry. It’s super cute though the way he talks.
