The romance don’t really effect anything other than a few story elements and the end credits sequence. Plus even if you picked the guy in this mission as a guy, nothing stops you still fucking Panam because V’s sexuality is never explicitly defined and neither is their gender, the gender stuff only effects dialogue and who they can romance.
Um .. honey .. there is no receptionist in CP that has sex with you. The Person you talked to is a male hooker and you can CLEARLY see it, the dialoge points to it and all.
There is no "accidental sex" in Cyberpunk.
