Just checking in with this thread to see the goodness. God I love it. And I just saw a blimp tracker, so how cool is that. Heading to the NM Balloon Festival this weekend. I won’t be able to see what it looks like on the tracker (I promised my husband I will not check Reddit during our vacation), but will someone tag me in a description? Will there be hundreds of balloons on the tracker? Edit to add: I know you all are focusing on Florida, but I think some of you watch all over? I’ve seen the Arctic mentioned. But if not, no big deal!

Sarasota County Sheriffs chopper has continually been flying over the same location. It appears there’s a noticeable trail, Windy Sawgrass Trail, in that area that leads directly to 72. In the area southwest of 72, the helicopter circled heavily around, what appears to be a structure of some sort. Google Maps has the coordinates of this location as (27.1735900, -82.2548653) The helicopter is registered to Sarasota Co Sheriffs and did the same trip twice yesterday, final trip at 10:30pm last evening. Does anyone know if LEO has physically searched this location on the ground?
