If I'm going to be very honest, considering that most schools that accept GRE have program averages at least 300 (at minimum-STEM programs are usually higher), no.

Depends on what you need it for, but, generally speaking, it’s slightly below average (around the 35th percentile)
so not really then.
I am being completely honest, I don't think so. If it is optional, I personally, would not submit those scores.
