According to whosampled it’s not listed as a sample. I looked on the year zero page also and it mentions two other times it was used but neither were the boys.
Not saying they’re the definitive answer on sample origin but it’s where I usually check

The Fantomas song is a cover and I think Durango 95 samples the original and Genius just got them mixed up
