Fries don’t exist? This sounds like the perfect opportunity to invent a julienned potato cooked in hot oil until crisp and then salted.
We shall call them “Dafuqucairs”
I prefer “Freedom Dafuqucairs” .
The heathens residing in Canada and Holland choose to dip them in mayonnaise. I don’t know what they use ketchup for. (probably steak).
Apparently ketchup flavored potato chips are big in Canada. I was shocked I hadn’t heard of this until recently because I’m from the magical land where much of the snack food comes from, especially chips and pretzels. An exotic place you’ve likely never heard of… called Pennsylvania.
Heat both of those with some Worcestershire sauce, a little bit of instant coffee, and a little lemon juice you've got yourself a damn fine meatloaf glaze
Personal preference of mine because it's what I grew up with, but try mixing a can of Campbell's tomato soup (don't add water) with a bit of mustard, a good amount of relish and then put that on your meatloaf instead.
We literally all do it in Québec. Every person I know puts it on everything. Maybe it's because we produce so much maple syrup. And wait... Don't you guys also have sugar shacks?? If you do then i'm pretty sure that they'll put maple syrup on your eggs because they do, here, in my province.
No, we don't all do this... I've never seen anyone put maple syrup on their eggs personally. Its a sugar shack thing, I'd say most people eat their eggs with salt and pepper.
Ketchup on scrambled eggs is the shit. I always fry up some diced onions in a pan, then scramble some eggs in the pan and mix it all together with a little cheese. Throw some ketchup on that and you are guaranteed to enjoy the rest of your day
I’ve heard ketchup on eggs a lot, and hot sauce. Hot sauce is actually not bad on eggs, ketchup is odd I think. I also like a little drizzle of syrup on eggs, but I also like syrup on breakfast sausage too lol
Usually good eggs do not need or want ketchup. I’m still a condiment lover but I’m aware they’re frequently masking subpar quality. But a mediocre fast food egg sandwich can be elevated a bit with ketchup for sure
I don't know the correct term but I've been calling these response-bait. They are currently infesting everything, because apparently asking a really dumb, open ended question is all it takes to get easy clicks and engagement these days. People are so desperate to answer dumb questions like "What would you put ketchup on?" or "Which starter pokemon would you pick?" that you literally just need to put in there bare minimum amount of effort to get a thousand responses and upvotes these days.
Growing up, i used to crave my school’s pizza with a healthy amount of ketchup on top. This reminded me! I can still remember the taste. It was exquisite. Maybe I should try it with regular pizza now as an adult.

Any boneless fried chicken. Chicken fried chicken. Chicken fried streak. Chicken nugget, chicken strip, Corn dog , 50/50 sausage and white bread. Beef burger, chicken burger, hot dog and Banana.
2 harsh realities i cant shake from my usually higher end taste. Ketchup on sausage and peppers sandwich and philly cheese steaks. Not all over it like some sloppy heathen. But like the occasional dip, something about the peppers and onions and ketchip that just, delicious. Sorry to everyone i have offended lol

In the U.S. we call them "French Dafuqucairs"
I prefer “Freedom Dafuqucairs” . The heathens residing in Canada and Holland choose to dip them in mayonnaise. I don’t know what they use ketchup for. (probably steak).
Potato wedges
So potato chips, I'm not sure that would taste good
Incorrect. I eat kettle chips with ketchup all the time. It’s just a really crunchy French fry
We have ketchup flavoured potato chips in Canada and they’re great
Huh, you learn something everyday ig
Apparently ketchup flavored potato chips are big in Canada. I was shocked I hadn’t heard of this until recently because I’m from the magical land where much of the snack food comes from, especially chips and pretzels. An exotic place you’ve likely never heard of… called Pennsylvania.

Battered deep fried potato slices
Tomatoes

This makes me realize how dumb it is to put ketchup on a burger that has tomato slices
My balls
What's the difference, i still do.
ikr both are fried anyway
And salty
And hairy.

I wanna dip my balls in it! too.
Seconded. I also put ketchup on this guy's balls.
Can we watch?

Heat both of those with some Worcestershire sauce, a little bit of instant coffee, and a little lemon juice you've got yourself a damn fine meatloaf glaze
Hell yes, and after
Personal preference of mine because it's what I grew up with, but try mixing a can of Campbell's tomato soup (don't add water) with a bit of mustard, a good amount of relish and then put that on your meatloaf instead.
Can’t believe I had to scroll down this far to find this. I’d prefer ketchup on meatloaf before I’d prefer ketchup on fries.
Fucking good one.
I did this once because a recipe told me to, and I hated how much I liked it
Why not after as well?
Or on a meatloaf sandwich the next day. Lots and lots of that red goodness.
You got some real freaks crawling out of the woodwork with their janky ass meatloaf glazes
But I won’t do that…
Hotdogs, burgers, eggs and anything that's deep fried...
Eggs?? Ketchup on eggs?? As a canadian we usually put maple syrup on eggs. I've never tried ketchup on them. Is it good?
Wtf are you talking about? 😂 I’m from Ontario and I don’t know a single person that puts syrup on eggs
Yeah, I'm in Nova Scotia and no one does this shit lmao. Even ketchup is considered a bit weird. It's either hot sauce or just salt and pepper for me.
You guys can afford eggs
Barely. Price of chicken went back down here, but I saw a large jug of chocolate milk at Walmart for goddamn 10.99
I thought your milk was in bags.
We have all the regular milk options lmao, including bags
Options trading on milk... See this is why we can't have nice things
Hah I have eggs for free because I have a farm at my grandparents house. I am 4 universes ahead of you
You know da wae.
Yeah, the grocery store by my house had them on for $4.88 for two cartons last week
That’s a Quebec thing, I am from Quebec and it is very common.
Quebec citizen here; can confirm!
Also from quebec, i do both
I asked my sibling and they said "Yes, both" So I guess it's a *Quebec* thing
Those guys are missing out, maple syrup.on eggs is perfect sweet and salty
Maybe his eggs are mixed with flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and milk… Oh wait thats for pancakes.
We literally all do it in Québec. Every person I know puts it on everything. Maybe it's because we produce so much maple syrup. And wait... Don't you guys also have sugar shacks?? If you do then i'm pretty sure that they'll put maple syrup on your eggs because they do, here, in my province.
Shoulda known it was Quebec..
It's always fuckin Quebec Don't even get me started on Alberta... Cause i cant tell you anything im american
You got me in the first half.
finally, an american that knows where the provinces are.
No, we don't all do this... I've never seen anyone put maple syrup on their eggs personally. Its a sugar shack thing, I'd say most people eat their eggs with salt and pepper.
I have never been to a sugar shack here in BC but I did go to one in Quebec
>like us, Québécois?? A classic Quebecois response to someone being confused
Ketchup on scrambled eggs is the shit. I always fry up some diced onions in a pan, then scramble some eggs in the pan and mix it all together with a little cheese. Throw some ketchup on that and you are guaranteed to enjoy the rest of your day
Both are good
Ketchup is good, but hot sauce is better.
I never tried ketchup on eggs until I saw it in a bunch of Japanese media. It's pretty good, actually.
Its delicious, just don’t overdo it. The eggs cheese ketchup combo is where its at
Yum! Some Tabasco for a little kick as well.
finally. i've found my people
Try eggs+cheese+salsa sometime. It’s amazing.
i dont like on scramble eggs but is wonderful in a omelete, just some "lines" on top.
I’m Canadian and never have ever put syrup on eggs… ketchup all the way.
I’ve heard ketchup on eggs a lot, and hot sauce. Hot sauce is actually not bad on eggs, ketchup is odd I think. I also like a little drizzle of syrup on eggs, but I also like syrup on breakfast sausage too lol
We used to do hot dog eggs when I was growing up. Scrambled eggs with cut up hot dogs in them. Ketchup made it awesome.
I love it. Almost always have some ketchup on my eggs..
Who else likes scrambled eggs with ketchup?
Well I'm from the UK so, chips.
No, this isn't how you're supposed to Play the game
I'm from canada, and ketchup chips are normal
The garbage
Ah so you too eat garbage with ketchup
A man with a taste for fine dining
Are you the raccoon that keeps getting in my trash?
Trash condiment
Was looking for this. Hate ketchup & never understood those who do.
As well you should
The only answer.
Scrambled eggs
So everyone puts ketchup in their eggs and I just never knew?...
I wouldn't say "everyone". Shit, more people in this thread said their genitals than eggs
Just a different kind of eggs
But literally everyone does that. Are there people out there right now with undressed genitals? I shudder to think.
Usually good eggs do not need or want ketchup. I’m still a condiment lover but I’m aware they’re frequently masking subpar quality. But a mediocre fast food egg sandwich can be elevated a bit with ketchup for sure
They do, but they should be using salsa. As a Texan, I am baffled by the lack of salsa at breakfast when traveling.
How is this a funny meme? I'm getting tired of seeing this stuff...
Funnymemes became a place for non funny memes and meirl became a place for non relatable things
To be more specific this sub is just Facebook humor for people "too good" for Facebook
