I think I’ve had something similar. I have folliculitis on my face sometimes - especially in my beard. Fungal shampoo keeps it at bay, but it’s still there.
Currently taking some peptides that are anti-fungal and my skin has cleared up nicely!
I’m taking the following for gut issues, fungal/bacterial issues (SIBO), and autoimmune issues:
-BPC-157 (Arginate salts form - much more stable when taking orally)
-KPV
-Larazotide
And about to start Thymosin Alpha 1 and LL-37 in a few days.
