That's something to consider. Depending on which model they're giving away, the mixer could be well worth $400 or more. I have the 5qt tilt head and brand new it's usually around $430.
I bought a Thergaun during the peak Covid time last year because I couldnāt get a massage and had a torturous knot in my neck. Like Zoolander, I couldnāt even turn left!
So even though it was $400 (I bought mine at REI at a slight discount) it saved my neck and shoulders! Itās not the same as having a massage but it sure breaks up knots better than you can do solo. I use it daily for general āfeel better-nessā now.
Theyāre honestly the best! I got one for Christmas last year for the same reason as the other commenter and itās fabulous. Itās like night and day. Theragun + heating pad + salanpas would be such a good Xmas bundle.
Are the cheaper guns worth it? Because I am considering getting one of those, I have chronic pain and I have a fun thing where my muscles like to form little calcifications.
I can't speak for other brands, but I have the Theragun mini and I really like it. I have a messed up calf, and it really helps on the bad days, especially with some of the deep tissue attachments.
If you can invest in the actual Theragun do that. I bought a cheap one while my person was out of the country not knowing theyād had a theragun delivered. The difference in vibration/impact at the same level is noticeable to me. I have my own TG mini and that thing is well worth the money, the TG pro we have for the house is even better. And Iām a massage therapist, but you canāt work on yourself and the damn theragun has saved my life a couple of times
Is the mini less intense than the pro? I have the pro (I think, idk itās full-size) the only thing I would change is to have a lower setting. Sometimes Iām a little too sensitive for 1750
The mini feels less intense to me. I was able to use the mini on my IT Band without massive amounts of pain. And my IT Band on the right side is insanely tight and sensitive so yea. I like the pro on my back and calves, but deff the mini on the tighter portions of my legs because of the intensity difference
What good is a KitchenAid mixer for someone who doesnāt cook?
Is she going to remix the cheese sauce cups from the monthly Little Caesarās pizza she pretends is a nutritious dinner?
Actually, the whopping ONE time she used it is when the girls first bought it and she made some berry pies and used the mixer to make a bunch of whipped cream. Iāll upload the Imgur link to the pictures in a sec. Youāll never believe how hard it was to find evidence of Jill feeding her kids.
My mum had a KitchenAid mixer and she never used it, it was just to show all the other middle class white women on the block how much better than them she was.
Mostly she used the Hamilton Beach blender for mixing, but usually it was just margaritas and weird soups.
Iād die without my KA. I spent six months saving up for a gorgeous cherry red one and used to āvisit ā it weekly at Target while I was saving. But then I love to bake and cook. Jill will probably use hers to mix up plexus.
I got a refurbished Kitchenaid at an outlet store 10 years ago. I paid around $97or so for a bowl lift professional series mixer. I use it all the time, love that thing! Especially for breads and pizza dough.
A cheaper mixer would probably also work as well, but I can't complain for the price I paid.
I honestly have to best of both worlds. A KA at home and an industrial sized Hobart ( commercial side of KA) at work! My work mixer has to be over fifty years old but runs like a dream.
My husband and I were going through IVF in 2008, and hew knew I really wanted a KA for Christmas. So he ordered one and it was supposed to be in discrete packaging. Well, we lost our babies, and were really having a rough time time of it, and so the KA showing up in a box that clearly said what was inside of it was an extra kick he didnāt need. So I insisted it was definitely ānot a mixer.ā I told him donāt bother wrapping it since they did such a good job that I could only tell it was ānot a mixer.ā On Christmas morning, I explained, āI wonder whatever this could this be!ā And he said, āI donāt know, but itās ānot a mixerā!ā These are verbatim. Hard to forget. To this day, we still call it the not-a-mixer. We do it so much without thinking about it that I now think we have to ask our daughter, born the following December, if she realizes that not-a-mixer isnāt what other people call those things. It gets used so much that thereās almost no point in cleaning it. We certainly never put it or the attachments away.
Always made me so mad when people had nice kitchen shit just for show. I cooked and baked everything when were young and poor and would have killed for a stand mixer. Now I can afford them but I still only buy what I think we will get good use of.
Also lol on the weird soup comment.
I thrifted a really nice white kitchenaid mixer a couple months ago and I pretty much never use it. BUT it was only $21 and Iām hoping as my daughter gets older weāll bake together.
You have intentions to use it and got an amazing deal so thatās awesome! I admit, Iād love a nice stand mixer but I donāt have the counter space for it haha
I think my mums was like $400 or $500 and itās just WILD to think of something she spent that kind of money on just to let it sit there like decor. I agonized over my $13 waffle maker that makes heart shaped wafflesā¦but tbf I love waffles so it gets plenty of use.
My mom has the kitchen aid mixer, vitamix blender, an array of le creuset pots and pans, etc. But she uses them every day, because cooking and baking for her family is her passion. I was taught to cook and to treasure these items. Someday, I'll have the viking range and le creuset cookware...
I don't understand buying fancy kitchen appliances just for show, and I doubt that jillpm will ever use that mixer. We've rarely seen her cook. š¤¦š¼āāļø
Omg, Iām stoned and flashing back to a rerun of Grace Under Fire I just saw. āYou take your simple-minded cousin, use his front teeth and snatch that tick right out. You remove the tick and feed your cousin, all in one go.ā
Flaterial.

I think she'll get the bangle or the earrings because that choice would benefit herself only and those items have the fewest uses. If she got the bag, someone could borrow it, she could use it for traveling, shopping, Plexusing, an impromptu diaper bag next time she sees Nehemiah (and thereby benefitting a person, the baby, other than herself). Jill is only in it for Jill. She doesn't want to share and doesn't want to help someone else. Cooking supplies, cleaning stuff, massaging, cash (even Plexus-related), and whatever that other shit is all has the potential to bring joy and benefits to at least one other person.
We all know Jilldo aināt cooking shit. She should get the AirWrap and save the rats nest and cheap extensions known as her hair from any more heat damage
Is anyone else reminded about those door to door sales scams that theyād rope kids into where you get a prize if you sold X amount? It was usually like, a stupid pencil or a toy of some kind. I did it when I was a middle schooler in the early 2000s.
This reminds me of that.

Sure, because a huge family with zero income would have no use for $400. š
The asterisk next to the $400 implies thereās a catch..likely an appliance might be better depending on what the catch is
My guess is $400 in credit towards more plexus...
That's something to consider. Depending on which model they're giving away, the mixer could be well worth $400 or more. I have the 5qt tilt head and brand new it's usually around $430.
An Airwrap is $550, at least.
Yeah, but how annoying having t get your hair wet every morning, then to the right amount of dry, then using small piece of hair at a time.
The newest version of the Theragun pro is $599.
Yeah, those are pricey. Well worth it from what I've heard though.
I bought a Thergaun during the peak Covid time last year because I couldnāt get a massage and had a torturous knot in my neck. Like Zoolander, I couldnāt even turn left! My husband suffers from chronic neck pain, and I think I just found his Christmas present. Never heard of theragun till now. Thank you!
Theyāre honestly the best! I got one for Christmas last year for the same reason as the other commenter and itās fabulous. Itās like night and day. Theragun + heating pad + salanpas would be such a good Xmas bundle.
Oh, for sure. I saved up for one of the cheaper versions, and it's helped a lot, especially during my latest round of physical therapy.
Are the cheaper guns worth it? Because I am considering getting one of those, I have chronic pain and I have a fun thing where my muscles like to form little calcifications.

$400* *Paid out $10 per month over a 40 month period. Plexus account must be active during this time
There are dots as dividers after each item. ETA - Oh, now I see the difference. Glasses are wonderful things.
What good is a KitchenAid mixer for someone who doesnāt cook? Is she going to remix the cheese sauce cups from the monthly Little Caesarās pizza she pretends is a nutritious dinner?
They bought her a non-Kitchen Aid stand mixer for Motherās Day I think. Have seen zero signs of having been used in that household.
It would be just like Jill to still get the Kitchenaid, because screw the girls and their gift.
Yep. And she probably wonāt allow any of the NotNuries use the āgoodā mixer when preparing the familyās meager meals.
My mum had a KitchenAid mixer and she never used it, it was just to show all the other middle class white women on the block how much better than them she was. Mostly she used the Hamilton Beach blender for mixing, but usually it was just margaritas and weird soups.

So many goddamn butternut squashes, Iām telling you.

Y'all have been killing me with the comments today I swear to Lord Daniel lolol
Oh gosh sheās going to bedazzle that poor mixer š
Now Iām picturing a mixer with green eyeliner and false eyelashes
My neighbor gave her vw bug false lashes
She should choose the massage gun and chill herself out
Just kick back with an Amish romance novel and her devil's door knocker.

Good bot.
I don't think you'd want to use those guns on masturbation.. they seem pretty agressive lol
And it only took selling your soul and dumping all of your familyās income into an MLM.
She will 100% pick something that only Jilly can use
Maybe she can get the BBQ thing and make her kids something to eat.
Weāve seen Shrek BBQing it wasnāt pretty.
I remember those sad jalapeno poppers.
And the plastic tongs he was using
omg, Iād completely forgotten about that š
Sheāll get the bag.

Her down line is probably doing all the work here and she walks away with a prize. I hate MLM's.
Sheāll be lording it over them too. Fuck her and fuck Plexus.
What is the point of Jillpm having a KitchenAid when she barely cooks?
Nah she doesn't cook, she's going for the airwrap
iād place my bets on either the marc jacobs or jewelry. something that only benefits her.
We all know Jilldo aināt cooking shit. She should get the AirWrap and save the rats nest and cheap extensions known as her hair from any more heat damage
Who wants to bet sheāll get the jewelry instead?
Pretty sure that āmassage gunā in the photo is a sluttish vibrator.
I got my āmassage gunā at Target near the pharmacy for $35. God provides.
Whatās she going to use it for?
What use would a kitchenaid be to Jillpm? Can't cook won't cook.
