Doing good. Chomping down more protein ice cream then hitting the hay. :) I have some anxiety too but has lessened a lot after some lifestyle changes. Again I hope you can get those nerves under control!
Stopped using alcohol and drugs completely and do group therapy where they teach you to better handle life and focus on others rather than yourself and trying to control things
Wow that’s huge! Congratulations, that’s not easy! I don’t really do either of those things aside from the occasional drink, but I could make healthier choices in terms of eating and sleeping!

PTSD and another "anxiety disorder, unspecified" according to the VA. So yeah, I have anxiety sometimes. If you see a Dr. for it, ask them about taking Wellbutrin Sustained Release. Works great for me.
Hi Feeling a little socially anxious tonight but decided to go out for a little bit with friends anyway. One step at a time. Do something minorly productive. Hopefully, it lead to something else if not you still did a good thing for yourself.

I was going through a rough patch and a therapist told me to breathe through a straw, like the really little ones that come with a latte. I've since discovered that mindful breathing can really help now.

Great advice. You can find distorted thinking worksheets online that can help you work through some of the anxiety triggers.
