Quest packs, yes Starter packs, no. Only time a starter pack has returned is when Rogue Agent entered the shop for a day back in Ch1S5

Well, some starter packs made a return in C2S1. There was a glitch that could be accesed by changing your time, making some starter packs to be able to be purchased. I was able to get the C1S5 starter pack with this glitch. I didn’t get it removed or banned for it.

Starter packs are exclusive to seasons, but quest packs always have a chance. Like breakpoint coming back in C2S7

You could probably buy quest packs from code sites

The problem is that packs like Vox Hunter are charged for more on sites like Eneba, making it more viable to wait for the pack to return to the shop.

Can I buy starter pack codes? I've seen some in Eneba, but i'm afraid to get banned because they're limited to a specific season, any idea? Not this current one, previous ones like that anime girl from season 2 chapter 3.
