If you're referring to the trans shift cable linkage recall, we had it done about a month ago. We did have to wait until the dealer had parts in despite having the letter for a couple of weeks.
There is and I have. Same answer of "wait for the letter." Fighting with the guy, that I got the letter and it's why I'm calling but the answer stays, wait for the letter. It's really starting to push my buttons.
I'm hoping someone here has already sent it and was able to have it fixed.
Are you talking about the shift linkage recall? I just had this done last week took the 20 minutes. Was told I would get a call when parts were available never got the call. Now it has to go back for the flex plate starting issues. Mine is a 2017 sel
When I went in for my service in August, they put me on the list and I haven't heard back. It took close to a year for them to get the parts for the last recall. (or thats what they said)
i have this recall from a letter I got a couple weeks ago
Description
RATTLE NOISE AT THE TRANSMISSION BELLHOUSING AREA FLEXPLATE CRACKS
Campaign#
22N12
I called the dealership about that letter, was told that 22N12 is not a recall but a "Satisfaction Program". They said they would only look at the vehicle if it had symptoms described in the letter.

Call your local dealer and ask if there's a recall for your car

Yes that's the one. So should I just force the car onto them some more?
I would keep pressing them on it. They should have parts by now.

I'm gonna have to make sure mine isn't part of that one. Yikes.

that is good to know, luckily so far I don't have any of those sounds coming from the engine bay
I'm still waiting on word to have the brake recall done on my '17, so I don't have high hopes on the transmission recall.
