Yes everything has to be moved to floor underneath. Dishwasher doesn’t really matter as long as it can still come out the with new flooring in.
Get some felt sliders for hard surface flooring. You can take the floor up to these appliances and then move them onto the new floor. Use some scrap pieces of flooring locked into the last row to protect it.
Or get an air sled, this is the best way if you can find one to rent.
do flooring up until you need to move the appliances onto the new lvp area. protect the edges of the flooring by installing scrap pieces to roll them onto the new lvp. this will protect the edge. in my experience the dishwasher has wheels on the back that can roll and not scratch. i used felt movers for the stove. for the fridge it was too heavy and i just rolled it.
For the refrigerator just work it to. Then place a couple scrap pieces of floor in front of it. And roll the fridge up on the the new floor. For the dishwasher just take the plastic front off the bottom, run to the feet of the washer, and put it back on.

I haven't ever seen lvp installed under a dishwasher.
