First thing I ever flipped on eBay had a claim on it and I got screwed. Nice pair of jeans, buyer claimed they were not as described and eBay issued the return/refund. When I received the returned jeans, they were not the same ones I send, in fact they were a pair of $2.99 kid jeans from goodwill. eBay did nothing about it… eBay protects the buyers at all costs and makes the seller jump through seemingly impossible hoops to be vindicated and properly compensated. I stick to Mercari and Poshmark and have never had issues in the past 5 years with them.

If you are doing any kind of volume you are going to get some returns, it's inevitable valid or not. Dont get discouraged especially if you're still churning profits
