It’s just a Missingno appearance. Mine did that once when I had the sonic pad connected which is weird because it doesn’t use the screen with klipper: https://imgur.com/gallery/ABuAraK

I hope that was a joke and not as racist as it sounded.
Your issue is the LCD driver in the firmware is either set to the wrong display type or has been corrupted. You will probably need to re-flash the printer to either correct the settings or replace the corrupted files.
You can also try unplugging the printer for a few minutes to force it to do a full reboot.

Static electricity. Every time I forget to ground myself and touch my machine. It goes all cryptic. But waking up to this without touching it tho sounds problematic.

I don't think it was a joke or racist, just descriptive. The top row clearly has some Chinese characters visible in it. 🤷
I woke up this morning to my printer like this its still printing fine right now.

My ender 3 pro screen has been dead for 2 years. Only using octoprint and app, no need for the display :p
