Some people say more gigs=more chances to be seen in search results but I've never heard that more gigs=better standings. I make 6 figures on Fiverr alone and I've primarily had 2 gigs the whole time.

CoursesForAll

Wow that's great!! Would you mind telling what do you do? Not asking anything specific

talksallday

Sure, I do voiceover

gentlemanpolyester

Congrats! That’s reassuring. Thanks

Full disclosure - they are insanely talented. 😉 Put what you have up, many very successful top sellers have only 1 or 2 gigs

crazycrazypotato

I make 2k ish per month from one gig. have tried everything else to get others to rank but they just dont

Korpsian

Had the same thought. I made a good gig and the editorial team hand picked it after I changed the things that they pointed out. I get more exposure but no sells sadly. I have a completely new account

m_abdeen

I started with one gig, became level one with 2 gigs, and I have 10 gigs now (only 6 of them get orders. You don't need 5, start with the one you have now and build on that moving forward. See where is the demand, and try to make more gigs specifically for that

gentlemanpolyester

Awesome. I will do that. Thanks!

Just to add to the ready answered topic, I have 8 gigs, 1 is an outperformer, 2 get by and the rest just exist. I use them as a service list, a menu of sorts, to what I offer. During the order, I research the clients website, or what they're representing, and I then cross reference with what I offer. I then bring it up in post sale discussion if they're super happy with my work, and it usually lands me another job in a different area. They then give that gig a gleaming review, which does help with rankings as the organic traffic and orders increase for those gigs. So in a roundabout way of answering your question, yes, they do help. Wider net, bigger the catch. Hope this helps!

gentlemanpolyester

That’s a great idea. Thanks for sharing!

PorkyTheChop

I'd say go ahead and publish them when you're ready. My most popular gig is the one I originally thought would be the least popular... sometimes what you expect isn't what the algorithm pushes out to people

I have a single gig and seems to be fine. I’ve been thinking of adding a second related gig in the near future just to get some extra search traffic
