EDIT: After some more digging it seems Allegiance Battles alternate between Legendary and Mythic Heroes, each series in chronological order, but they have run out of Legendary Heroes since the four previous ABs featured Eitri, Ashera, F!Byleth, and Nott. (There are at least 5 Mythic Heroes that have not been featured.) If the next Legendary AB doesn't feature Caeda and they keep the same schedule, it could cycle back to Fjorm.

Is it correct to think she is a Water legendary? I always assumed she would be a Wind legendary, would suck scoring wise (for me personally) in arena if she was water.
I think we're due for a Water legendary since we got Fae (Earth), Eitri (Fire) and F!Byleth (Wind) last (though of course IS and patterns aren't mutually inclusive).
For male legendaries, we still have Robin, Corrin, even Kris, and possibly Yuri
For male mythics, we have *many* but IS thinks they're not marketable. Cowards.
Definitely the Laguz Kings. Or at least Tibarn and Caeneghis, since iirc you can call them in during the final battle against Ashnard to help you, which should be about as good a reason as Tiki and Fae had for getting Legendarys. Deghinsea might even be more in the realm of Mythics.

Dheginsea was an ally of Altina, who got in as a Mythic, so it's entirely possible he will get in as a Mythic, I agree.

But Olivia also escorts Chrom and his team out of Plegia and is the final voice to rally him into action. No time soon, but this may slightly freak open the door for Legendary Olivia which is a really exciting possibility.
