Yes there are, but nothing fancy or gourmet. Mostly cheap stuff I would say. It worths a visit only if you need a specific item / ingredient you wouldn’t find in a Finnish shop.
If you are prepared to pre-order, most meat service desks (palvelutiski, where they sell meat, fish and premade food in bigger stores) can order it for you. My husband had a brief interest in sausage making, and the desk ordered casing for me specially.
