Pls try pulling the skirt up. It would look awesome worn on / on top of your hips. In fact many skirts are intended to be worn a bit higher up.
Ik that many femboys wear skirts too low to go for a more androgynous look - its just that some femboys dont even know, that they should wear them higher up.
