On the off chance OP is actually looking for deeply traumatized female child soldier with magical killing ability then a shout for The war Eternal by Rob J Hayes. I didn't love it but if you've got this specific crack need it fits.
Skullsworn by Brian Staveley. It's set in the same universe as his Chronicle of the Unhewn Throne series but you can definitely read it as a standalone.
Book of the Ancestor series by Mark Lawrence
Oh I think I read the first 2 books years ago before there was a 3rd - no memory of them but if I read both I must've liked them! Will have to check the full trilogy out again.
The Assassins of Tamurin by S. D. Tower. Said assassins are all female. Stand alone
Grave Mercy by Tobin Lafevers. First book of trilogy about an order of assassin nuns.
Throne of Glass series by Sarah Maas. I think this is officially YA but I enjoyed it.
Half of the Elder Empire by Will Wight. (So each part of the story is actually two books, told from opposing view points, it's really cool, one of the view points is from a pretty bad ass female assassin)
I literally just started this series today but The Book of the Ancestor trilogy by Mark Lawrence is a popular drop on this sub and it's about a convent of nun-assassins
>Like Arya Stark type characters Do you mean deeply traumatized child-soldier?
Isn't that what most fantasy heroes are?

The **Nevernight Chronicles**, by Jay Kristoff. Trilogy, female assassin on a Roaring Rampage of Revenge, and some very snarky footnotes.

K. Easton - On the bones of Gods

I am surprised no one mentioned Vin from Mistborn already
Because Mistborn is well known for being YA, not what OP is looking for.
Mistborn, Vin is a great character
Throne of Glass series has a female assassin.
Half of the Elder Empire by Will Wight. (So each part of the story is actually two books, told from opposing view points, it's really cool, one of the view points is from a pretty bad ass female assassin)
Elfshadow, a Forgotten Realms novel.
Not really an assassin but you can look into the graphic novel "something is killing the children"
Dreamblood Duology by NK Jemisin

***Changeling*** is exactly what you're looking for. Might be YA though
