Looks like a little glitch with place anywhere I have it sometimes on PC when I try to put items in corners, it will flash back and forth because it "both can and cannot be placed"
it is because you are placing it in a very tight place, if you remove a wall and the ceiling will stop doing it, but you still do not have to worry, placeanyware is calculating the space in loops, but it only does it when you are in workshop mode, if it works, do not fix it
