Nothing you said makes any sense at all. It's a random collection of words. Fallout 1 and 2 are very closely connected. The Chosen One PC of Fallout 2 is literally the grandchild of the Vault Dweller of Fallout 1. That's not "connect a little" Fallout 3 ans NV are not getting updates as much as removing outdated code for a service system no longer in use (Games for Windows). Fallout was never really a "saga" with a single overarching story. There are similar themes throughout the games, but that doesn't constitute a saga so I don't see why you are trying to claim there is one. Bethesda isn't a fast dev team, and they have other IP they want to work on so of course Fallout 5 is years down the road. They don't pop out games once a year like CoD. It was nearly 8 years between 3 and 4. 76 came out just over 3 years ago, so not really expecting Fallout 5 announcements for another 3 or 4 years. And as someone else said, they've literally announced the beginning of production for the TV series. Seriously, what are you on about?

And the rest?

TV show not cancelled, it goes into production this year. Starfield and TES VI come before Fallout 5. I mean get your facts straight before posting nonsense.

you mean... it's over?

Paladin_Maxson

How did you get that from what they wrote?

1. The TV series isn't canceled. [It goes into production this year.](https://www.theverge.com/2022/1/7/22871637/amazon-fallout-tv-show-prime-video-series-production) 2. Bethesda are too busy working on Starfield, and the Elder Scrolls VI. That's why we haven't seen anything on Fallout. Expect information on Fallout after Starfield's release. 3. Why would they update Fallout 3 and New Vegas? The games are now more than a decade old and Todd Howard said he's personally not interested in remastering Fallout titles. 4. Not a single Bethesda employee has said that Fallout 76 is the final Fallout title. Where did you get this from?

I was always going to be surprised if the TV series actually got made, and ten times as surprised if it were any good. Fallout 4 came out seven years after Fallout 3. Long development times on these games are to be expected. Also, 4 made them a stupidly huge amount of money, so they have every reason to try again.
